Tirol Lodge

The staff was very helpful and provided solution for every request we had. All the amenities the hotel provide are great but as we just spent a night while making a round trip we couldn't enjoy them to full extent, but it really worth to stay longer and enjoy what the hotel can offer. So even if the weather is the limiting factor to do your outdoor activity you are most probably coming here, you will not feel you stuck within the four walls of your room.The price during this off-season period was a real bargain.

The property was at a great location to go explore. Right next to e-bike rental and gondola. Amazing heated pool and live music at night on the patio. We loved our stay.

It was an insanely good breakfast! Great selection and re-fill came a soon as something was empty. Spa was great, pool as well. Room was simple and nice.

Clean rooms, modern hotel

Open shower, no privacy, no place to put a toiletry bag and clothes. Small closets.

The staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. They had great live music and the lounge was bet comfortable. They had two closets, enough space for clothes and shoes.

The bed was hard, the place was not build very robust. When a Neighbor door shuts, all the walls shake so loud that it rips you out of your sleep. No fans in the bathroom or air system in the bedrooms do it’s gets really hot.

The location, the style, the sauna. Also, when I hurt my leg skiing, they found me some ice. They let me add a friend short notice and they allowed me to store my luggage while I skied another day.

Absolutely nothing. It was a dream.

the rooms were fantastic, the restaurant was also good. Best, it was directly at the main ski slopes.

The reception was not very helpful, and often rude

Location was excellent, you walk 50metres to Gondola, they have ski storage facilities. Rooms were great.

Suana was mostly crowded with naked men. could add jacuzzis or another sauna that isn't unisex, because the swimming pool is nice, but just a few degrees too cold. You still get cold in the pool outside.

15 minute walk to town could be a downside but we enjoyed the walk

The staff were very helpful, the sauna and hot external pool, just great after the ski. The proximity of the ski cable station.The rooms were clean and nice with great mountain view.

Ski to door, state of the art lodge with a lounge area that has a cosy atmosphere.

Tirol lodge is an excellent location to gondola and ski area

Unfortunately kids ski lessons were on the other side of town, required bus transfer. Ski school address was top of gondola, which was confusing.

Perfect location, with good facilities, but particularly the spa and outside pool after a days skiing.

The room would benefit from a kettle as the espresso machine is restrictive in what drinks can be taken.

They don’t have room service.

The Lodge is perfectly located at the base station of the gondola, the rooms were very comfortable. Everything is made out of wood but with a modern style. There is a restaurant as part of the lodge which serves breakfast. In the evening there is often live music which was excellent when we were there.

The reception/booking staff were very unaccomadative to any requests we had prior to arriving. Added to this, they got the room allocation wrong even after sending it through numerous times. I had the impression that they rather focused on the guests who booked directly instead of this platform.

Amazing location. Mountains were beautiful. The pool was good to use although felt like it could have been warmer. The restaurant across the road was really good too for German/Austrian food. And the Tirol Bar and Grill was great for breakfast. Its a great location to explore nearby German and Austrian Sightseeing.

Perhaps the bathroom doors could actually be a separate room as my morning shower was loud enough to wake up my friends that wanted to sleep in.

We loved the outdoor heated pool, very welcome after a day skiing. Nice rooms, fair size. Nice bar to play games in as a family. Ski storage beneath the rooms. Ski in / out. Right next to the gondola. Lovely long blue run (80) to get back to the hotel. Underground car park beneath hotel.

Charging an extra €5 to use a bathrobe - this should be included. Pillow was almost non existent! Having to go outside to get to the pool. Difficult to park if you arrive later in the day.
