Pros +
- Clean, comfortable, spacious with great views. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with anything that we needed.
- Good location , very comfortable , lovely rooms with beautiful views. Breakfast was great , nice touches for guests , daily news updates of events
- Great breakfast. Beautiful building. A few minutes walk out of town, but still very close. Perfect for a solo or group ski trip in my experience.
Cons -
- Nothing to dislike
- The restaurant for dinner was a tad understaffed but it was not very crowded while we were there.
- We very much liked the property. The only minor issues were that the Turkish sauna didn’t warm up during our stay and the cappuccino maker also was out of service on day two. But they had good coffee and espresso and they did try to bring us cappuccinos the first day. Tea would be a great addition in the sauna area.

The breakfast was delicious! Comfortable and clean rooms and spa area.
The restaurant for dinner was a tad understaffed but it was not very crowded while we were there.
Quiet, modern with a natural touch, clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, beautiful views from the gorgeous balconies. Lovely modern bathrooms. Very friendly staff. Nice sauna facilities. Short walk to everything.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance from the village. The hotel's restaurant was also very good. We had two dinners at the restaurant and I recommend the restaurant.
The room was big, very comfortable bed, great relaxing area, excellent breakfast.
It is not near the center and the main gondola.
The Hotel is very traditional but has a modern feel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The facilities are superb and location is just a 5-10 minute walk into town and has a bust stop directly outside for the ski area. The staff were really excellent in all areas and made us very comfortable and welcome. Thank you for a great stay.
A spa/Jacuzzi would be the only thing i would have liked. The outdoor pool / pond was a but too cold for me. I am not that brave!
Variety, closeness of ski lift to town, ski bus transport, and the town itself.
Nothing not to like about it!
Rooms were large, modern and clean. Staff were helpful and kind. Sauna etc was amazing. Rooms were really quiet and peaceful in the mornings, not like some hotels where the cleaners slam the doors with the vacuum etc. All in all and a lovely stay. I will be back God willing. Barry
spacious room , high quality and modern facility ,good breakfast ,nice Hotel staff
it could be nice if there was a kettle for boiling water in the room for tea. other then this everything was perfect
Fantastic staff, wonderful comfy rooms and a brilliant restaurant
10 min walk into Söll town centre, that said why walk into town when you have fantastic food on site
Room was good, decent shower, good balcony, nice breakfast
Pillows were one each and very thin, took a couple of days to get more. Kettle provided - great! But none of the things that go with it other than cups. Spoons would have been great! Restaurant / food for dinner was completely baffling. We wanted to eat in our room on two evenings as I was unwell. We accept there was no room service but it proved impossible on night one and hard on night two to persuade anyone to allow us to collect food and take it up to our room! You have pizza boxes, why not allow people to take them away?!
The size of the room and bathroom with seperate toilet , the make up mirror in the bathroom and the location of the hotel.
1. The hotel does not have air-conditioning and on the day of our arrival it was very hot and it would have been very nice and welcoming to receive a bottle of cold water on arrival. We were however told by reception( Valeria and Sylvia) that people in Austria drink water from their taps.2. The small fridge in our room was not cold and we found that it had been unplugged .3. When we asked reception for directions to a place where one would be able to buy cold water we were told that all the shops were closed on a Saturday afternoon. A restaurant owner directed us to a BP petrol station with a shop at the end of the street where we bought nice cold water. The ladies at reception seem to be too busy on their computers and they do not engage with guests in a helpful and friendly way.4. The internet is very unstable and the wifi very slow.5. The beds are too soft as already mentioned in many reviews. Maybe the bases of the beds should also be attended to.6. We could also hear somebody hopping a ball on the floor above us.7. In the Booking.com voucher it is mentioned that " toiletries" are included in the room. It is unnecessary that guests should have to ask for basic toiletries like a shower cap and cotton wool pads for make up removal from receception.
Big, spacious room. Lovely view of the mountains and very peaceful as it is on the edge of the town. Wished I took a stroll in the surrounding forest as the area is beautiful. About 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Soll (it is an uphill walk, so a bit more challenging if you have heavy luggage to carry or ski gear). The bus (Red line) stops right outside and runs to the ski gondola, so very convenient. It however does not run that often after the "ski rush hours" but luckily the hotel is still walking distance from the gondola. The hotel also has ski storage facilities.Fantastic sauna facilities with beautiful views - used it everyday during our stay and it was so relaxing. It was really a highlight of our stay.Good breakfast spread. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and that was also very nice. Overall - lovely stay and good value for money.
Very small things that did not really impact our stay.1. the ski room can use some benches to more easily put on ski boots.2. if you dont like a nude sauna, it might be a bit akward at first, although we quite quickly got use to it and then went everyday. 3. Would have liked a kettle in the room
Huge rooms, amazing facilities and spa - super helpful staff. Thank you
Rooms are large and the bathrooms / equipment / facilities in the roms are good and the whole place is very clean. The breakfast was .... choice and quality was good Spa area is good quality and wasn't busy when I was using it
Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Room was excellent. Very clean throughout. Fabulous spa.
Reception hours were limited. No one on call after 6pm.
Beautifully located, huge characterful rooms, great atmosphere.
Loved the fact it was out of the centre with ski bus right outside. Rooms are large, food in the restaurant was very good and with local produce.
Hotel is nice but operationally it could be better from a customer services point of view but for just over 400 euros a night you can’t complain too much. E.g. 1) you have to reserve for dinner, even though it is not half full, 2) after eating in restaurant for 2 nights and tipping well, we had to cancel reservation at late notice because of sick child, the manager got upset (as they’ve turned others away) and won’t let you get take away! 3) boot room does not have enough boot warmers for all the guests
