Breakfast was very good, ski rental they have convention (Nonna Adelina) was great

For the price, is absolutely good.

Liked the variety of slopes and the size of the resort. The staff in the majority of the establishments, were curtious.

Lack of variety of noticeable restaurants and Bars in the resort.The attitude of Curtesy encountered in the Pizza restaurant on the main road in the center of town.The curtailment of the apre-ski party at the Igloo at 6pm. Although the bar and restaurant were full. Our group consisted of 150+ and were all at the Igloo Bar having a good time when the party was shut down.In addition our DJs were limited by the malfunctioning DJ apparatus. Making it difficult to play the music consistently in the preferred manner.Should have been allowed to continue into the evening as the bar and restaurant were occupied and the GMC bar club did not start until 8pm. Which meant having to find another bar with music etc between 6pm and 8pm of there were none therefore flattering enjoyment.And ensuring we all went back to our hotel. Perhaps this is the design? If so the design destroys the flow of entertainment and enjoyment. Which will be considered When booking future winter holiday venues.

The hotel is very warm, always hot water in the shower , most of the staff are very friendly.

Breakfast is a very poor continental affair, no kettle in the rooms, head waiter full of himself.

Good location. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.

Very noisy/thin walls. we could hear the tv of the room next door going all night and had poor sleep all week. Hotel could do with a bit of a spruce up, little bit tired.

Great location for getting to the gondola in the morning, and not too far from the other chair lifts. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Room was always clean and had enough storage in the wardrobe/drawers, and had no issues with heating/bathroom whatsoever.

The room was a tad smaller than expected, but honestly not an issue.

Very convenient and excellent value. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean and comfortable. Great to have wifi.

Older plug sockets which didn't fit our European adapter, but managed to find an adapter at the local supermarket in the village.

A little hotel with the basics, Not the fanciest hotel in the region and a little dated but everything works and the price is good, it has secure parking and friendly staff getting things done.

Nothing that I would really complain about, its on the main road so could be noisy if you are there during a busy time.

Excellent proximity to the slopes. Comfortable bed and hot shower (after running for a few mins). Blackout shutters were useful.

Breakfast was less to my tastes (Irish), but adequate. Room was initially far too hot, but the receptionist was very helpful in resolving the radiator issue.

The location is 15 minutes walking from the slopes. Very tough with the equipment.Breakfast is lousy. Coffee terrible.

first the doorlock was badky damaged, then the room was very small and absolutely worned out. the outdated furniture was dented and it was too warm in the room. we decided to not to spend the night here as it had more a youth-hostel feel then a 3 start hotel. didnt get our money back.

Room as well as bathroom was clean.Location is quite good, very close to the lifts.Large free carpark just across the street.

Checkin was really bad, room was only ready after 18:00 o'clock.Room and especially bathroom was very small.No retaurants near the hotel.

The location of the Hotel was amazing! Very close to the ski lifts and everything walkable with a little pain (how ski boots normally are). The Hotel room was clean and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. I liked to have the ability to get breakfast in the Hotel, yet the quality of the breakfast was questionable and bland.

The building had a bit of moldy pinch when entering, probably due to the storage facility for the skiers. The water didn‘t start running warm for at least 2-3 minutes and the shower head was old and clocked. The

Before going into detail about the room me and my daughter were given, I think prisoners get more space and facilities in their cells than we did as paying guests of this hotel.Room was very small. Just enough floor space for two single beds almost touching, two small bedside tables, a creaky wardrobe and an open suitcase. That's it. Tiny.Room was also very noisy. Tiled floors mean you could hear every step, every drag of a chair across the floor, every movement of a boot, a suitcase or the bed from the rooms on floors above as if it was in your own room.The sound of water gushing down, what sounded like through the inside of our wardrobe, everytime the rooms above flushed a toilet or had a shower was very loud.Before booking facilities included a sauna but on arrival a week after booking, sauna is, or possibly was at the time of booking too, broken and can't be used.Satellite TV, yes. 100 channels of tv and films, all in Italian. Nothing for international travellers.In general, the room was very very poor and not worth half what I paid. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this hotel.

the hotel is well located in Sestriere. The room was clean and equipped (but no fridge or boiler inside).The staff was kind and welcoming.

In our double room, the bed wasn’t double (2 single beds put together).Essential breakfast medium quality (could be improved)

The hotel was located close to the city center with decent breakfast. Very nice personnel. Rooms were being cleaned every day. Towels were changed frequently.

The hotel needs a total renovation. The shower door did not want to close properly. I also did not find much space to store my personal things, clothes, etc. The hotel was also too far to walk in ski boots to the slope. I also did not like the bed. I ordered a queen bed but I got two beds, one close to another. The hotel is crazy loud. The walls were so thin that it was not possible to sleep. Each time someone was in the corridor we woke up.

the property was very clean. the cleaning staff seemed to be constantly busy. staff were very nice , especially young receptionist (with glasses and comes from other side of Italy)

due to tiled floors throughout noise was a bit of an issue. we did keep being woken up by people in the hallway, moving around or noisy families. when skiing all day a 5.30am wake up everyday isn’t exactly ideal on holiday.breakfast was ok, fruit never really looked fresh and a bit sorry for itself. no fresh bread just dry rolls. it served its purpose but could of been a bit better.
