Pros +
- Very very small rooms and very basic. But very centrally located and good for one night solution
- Great location and easy access ski room right by the door. Staff were super friendly. Great coffee too.
- Great location and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was also very good. The overall standard and size of rooms was not particularly great, but what you could expect considering the price.
Cons -
- I did book a small double room, and it was quite compact, but no problem
- Small rooms that had not been renovated for a long time. The wardrobe door did not open all the way so we had to climb in to hang our clothes
- Could be better if there was mini bar and tv in the room.

Location, perfect WiFi connection. good value for money
Could be better if there was mini bar and tv in the room.
Bit noisy guests and restaurant.Very small room, expenses but its Val d'Isère
Location and staff were excellent.Breakfast was worth it.
Room was basic, however, worth it because of the things we liked about it.
Great location, clean and comfortable!
No ability to store bags
Location is superb - right in the middle of town and near the main ski lifts. Staff really friendly. Rooms comfortable.Well priced, considering where it is, but don't expect luxury. You'll need the Airelles for that.
No table, mugs or kettle in the room. Walls are a bit thin, so if you like your sleep, bring a USB fan or some other white noise, and you'll be fine. Surprisingly quiet, being opposite Dicks Tea Bar and Petit Danois etc. Good double glazing! Bring a small kettle/mugs/cereal bowls, as it's just handy to be able to make breakfast in the room sometimes.Breakfast was below average given the price - 15 Euros pp, 7.5 Euros for kids, for fresh bread, eggs, juice, tea, coffee, ham, cheese, cereal. The mini croissants/pain-au-chocs didn't last long, but can be bought from the Spar downstairs.Don't worry too much about check-in times. As long as Victor's bar is open, you can get keys from there, and it's open to past midnight.Absolute chaos during Scandinavian school holidays.... :)
Maybe the location but the rest is a disaster so no advantage really
This hotel is a true disaster. We were 2 friends, asked for a twin room. They promised and confirmed that it’s ok and while we were only 2 hours left to the hotel, they called and said that the twin room has a problem. They confirmed that they’re gonna fix and change it after one night. We had to accept as we have nothing to do. The double room was super small. Just a 140cm so called double bed and the walls (no exaggeration) We couldn’t sleep as we couldn’t move. Then ofcourse they couldn’t change the room for 2 nights. And after that with their careless smile on their face they said that the twin room is fixed and booked for someone else already. This is unacceptable, such a disrespectful attitude from the receptionist and the team. In order to be able to sleep we had to book one more room. 10 minutes after booking the extra room, receptionist came and said that she advised the daily cost of the extra room incorrectly and tripled the amount which we had to pay again.Whole stay was a total disaster, I strongly suggest to stay away from this hotel.
The view from the window was incredible. Room was warm and cosy with a lovely feel, I loved the pine panelling. The upstairs sleeping deck would've been incredible if I'd brought my daughter's they'd had loved it. Breakfast was great especially homemade granola and natural yoghurt with large selection of nuts and honey. Staff all really friendly and happy to help.
Bathroom a bit dated. Room might have been too small if 4 adults actually tried to fit in there, especially on the suspended sleeping deck in my room, where there was less than 1m head room; although I thought it was cool, if you were claustrophobic or had a lot of luggage you might feel differently; as one person alone it was more than ample though.
Amazing location Staff lovely Get what you pay for
Basic but fine Room quite small A desk in the room would’ve been nice but not a problem
Overall a standard cheaper hotel, but the main standout was exceptional wifi.
Location is quite rowdy later at night when bars start turning out.
Location perfect
The shower temperature went from scolding hot (couldn’t even stand in it) to freezing cold and it made no difference changing the setting. Very annoying
Housekeeping and reception, they are all nice, friendly guys
Its not possıble to sleep before 02:00 Am because of the pub. Loud music.. ıt closes at 01:00 but people continues to talk outside of the bar.. There is no hairdryer, no tv, no enough lights in the room. Breakfast was not good. Linens and towels were stained..
After reading the reviews of the hotel I was a little anxious about staying here, but in the peak season was one of a few in the area. The hotel exceeded all expectations - location was amazing right next to the parking P1, slopes (5 minute walk) and all the great restaurants & bars. Rooms were small, but usual for a ski hotel and was not an issue for us as you are out all day on the slopes. The rooms and communal areas clean, with a good reasonable breakfast for €14. Great basic hotel for the price and location in one of the top ski areas in the world!
Limited staff therefore reception has strict closing and opening times. However always someone to help in the restaurant area. With the great location there is some noise in the evenings but not an issue if you have been out all day in the fresh air.
Very good location at the center of Val d isere, was very clean, the stuff was super friendly.
The walls was to thin and the noise from everything was a lot. You need earplugs to enjoy.
The hotels offers a great central location to enter the central ski lifts which bring you up in the mountains
The hotelrooms are noisy, you can hear other hotel guests quite well in the other rooms and hallways
Polite and lovely staff. Good location and central to everything
Very basic, but value for money
Horrible stay
This hotel is truly horrible, do not stay here if you can.The room was dirty and many appliances were broken (ventilation in the bathroom). We had blood stained sheets. The reception most of the time was empty so there was no one to ask for support.Last but not least the hotel is over a club and it was impossible to sleep until very late and stairways and hallways smelled like vomit (most likely from the people attending the club).
Convenient location staff friendliness
Room was small
