Great staff, very close to ski hill, comfortable room, nice view

Breakfast is excellent.Beds, pillows and linen were amongst best experienced.Location to ski lifts is a big drawcard.Bar and lounge were comfortable and warm.

Felt the staff, especially at reception, could have been more approachable and friendly.Noisy neighbours were easily heard between rooms. Boot room needs an update - quite small so tricky in the mornings when guests are booting up to go skiing.

The staff were exceptional. All were genuinely friendly, and all went the extra mile to make your stay great without being false. The location was fabulous. Breakfast was good and the restaurant and bar were also great. Lovely slippers to wear down to boot room.

No tea/ coffee making facilities in room. Rooms were very very hot, with signs telling you you would be fined if you opened the window. A nice touch would have been bath robes to make using the gamma and sauna easier.

The staff are lovely and very helpful! They helped us book resturants for the evening. Our room was great it has a balcony and was kept very clean and cosy by the housekeepers.

Location was perfect, close to everything. Beds were comfortable and the staff were excellent

Breakfast was ok nothing especial. No coffee and tea in the rooms.

The service and staff were perfect, helpful, kind and positive.The hotel is perfectly located.The room is spacious and the bath and shower are wonderful.The Saunas (worm and cod) were very good as was the massage.

The restaurant. The dinner was not very good.The breakfast was ok, not enough vegetables and the fruits selection was limited.coffee from automatic machine instead of barista and the coffee flavor itself was not very good.The ski room doesn't warm the shoes in the midday break.

The staff was very nice, the location was great, although not ski to door its a five minute walk to the slopes. The rooms were comfortable and spacious (lots of closet space) .

The. Reakfast very cheap and limited and the room of the breakfast is not nice either.

Location, facilities especially the boot room, sauna, steam room and gym. Parking was located close by and convenient. Staff were super helpful. Breakfast had lots of great options.

We arrived on the Thursday night and moved out the following morning. We were awake all night as it felt like there were bed bugs in the bed we were getting bitten all night. Breakfast was awful. We have stopped in many hotels over the years and there is no way that should be classed as a 4 star

Central with access to both the town and straight on the slopes

Our room was really nice but a little on the small side this wasn’t an issue for us but compared to our friends room it was much smaller.

The staff were helpful, but the bar area had no atmosphere any night we went in there so we ate out.

Shame about the lack of atmosphere downstairs.

We had a triple room the 3rd bed was a fold down bed in a corridor off the toilet and bathroom. This was also above the kitchen which was noisy from 6am until late - I ended up dragging the mattress into the main room for a more comfortable nights sleep!

Very fast check in, extremely clean room, size of room, warm and helpful personal. Excellent location.

Breakfast choices were very limited and of lowQuality. There were no coffee cups onsite. We had to ask a service person each time. Had to ask for hot water for teas as well. Only 2-3 bananas and 2 apples on the fruit basket for the whole hotel. No healthy choices like granola, wheat bread etc. Ended up not going down for breakfast after the first dat

Well laid out buffet breakfast with good variety. Very helpful and cheerful staff. Use of luggage room with showers to change after a day's skiing having checked out earlier.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing location, central and near the ski lift. Quiet rooms. Relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and bar, lovely breakfast.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room with lots of storage, hanging space (for ski jackets, helmets) and even a line for hanging up hand washing like ski socks! Well heated ski lockers were another plus - no damp boots. Loved the quirky stuff like the jolly cows.

Breakfast was good but not much by way of healthy low fat options other than fruit. Some nuts, low fat yoghurt, low fat milk or almond milk would have suited me better.

non friendly staff, total lack of flexibility and willingness to satisfy customers. Despite prepaying total amount, there was zero possibility to get a voucher for another time next year in case we could not go due to serious personal issue. No LAN in the room to get speedy internet in case you had to work. When we requested possibility for late checkout, we got a NO without the staff first checking if this was even possible. Very hot rooms, especially in the evening it was impossible to sleep.
