Pros +
- I liked the ski facilities and the spa. They were very clean and comfortable.
- Very clean, friendly and helpful staff
- Fairly OK breakfast however with zero change whatsoever over a week period. Restaurant offerings were tasty yet drinks somewhat pricy. OK ski room. Good location, although anything on the central street pretty much is given the excellent local free bus coverage.
Cons -
- The breakfast was very nice. If I could say something, that would be to add some vegetables. In addition, the room was very small but it was cozy, quiet and clean.
- The gym was not really a gym. It needs a full weights rack and more equipment
- The noise isolation was shockingly horrible with sounds coming constantly from all sides inside and out. Kinda short beds with pillows not to my liking but this may be subjective.

It was in a great location and boasted a private spa room which could be booked out in 30min slots for free. Breakfast was decent, couldn’t complain, bed was comfy. Access for ski ideal.
Staff were great, super helpful and friendly. Location was close enough you could walk into the centre within 2-3 minutes, to the lifts in 5 minutes and if you didn't want to walk, the bus stop was just opposite. Close enough for it not to be an issue to walk to but far enough away that it was quiet. Breakfast was great. Boot room was big and had heated shoe racks. Parking out the front of the hotel.
Sound proofing on the rooms could have been better, could hear people using the stairs and talking in to the corridor (Not enough to wake you up but enough you could hear it when in the room)
Excellent staff. Very friendly and warm welcome. Super breakfast and lovely dinner. Great little hotel. Rooms are good size and cleaned every day. It feels like a new building inside.
It’s a short walk to the centre and ski lifts, but no big deal really…!
Very friendly staff, very comfortable, nice breakfast and lounge with bar.
The location of the hotel is great if you either don't mind a bit of a walk, getting the bus or, if you are a good skier, you can literally ski from and back to the door, from the other side of the road.
Could have been a bit cheaper but then Val d'Isere is always expensive!
The room is small, nice, with a great shower, and a good mattress. Breakfast was superb!!
The price is way too high for such a place and such a room.
Staffs were very thoughtful. They worked with their heart. We booked two adjacent rooms with balconies and then discovered that the balcony was indeed joining to a common terrace where people could hang out and smoke until/after midnight. We let the reception staff know about our concern, and they immediately made arrangements.
As said above, the room balcony is indeed joined with a common terrace where other hotel guests can sit and smoke. I believe it's not such a big deal in the winter when you close the sliding door most of your day, but it's challenging in the summer when you have to keep the curtain and window shut to ensure privacy. It would have been better if the common terrace was designated as a non-smoking area and closed by 10:00 p.m.
The rooms were clean, spacious and had a nice interior design. The bath room disposed of a bathtub
The spa in summer only includes the jacuzzi but not the sauna. Moreover, you can only book 30 minutes per day. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. There is only limited parking lots in front of the hotel so it is better to book them in advance. We shared the balcony with another room without any separation so the could look into our window. Moreover, the room did not have a fridge.
Young and friendly location and decor. A nice touch leaving a personalized welcome note in the room. Thank you
The room was located in an annexed wing with complicated access: indications to the rooms on the 2nd floor would be useful, along with indications for the exit/reception.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice, the hotel was very pretty and it was not too far from the center. The rooms were very spacious, and modern. There was a bus stop right next to it as well. Highly recommend!
The situation in the village is not too bad and there is a supermarket close by. The garage for the motorbike. They are really nice but they excuse theyself too many times..
_The sheet and towels have not been changed in 3 days( you dont need to be in a 5 stars to have that)._The double single bed when I made sure it was a queen bed in the booking. _The noise from the water evacuation._The sauna is not working during the summer because it s already too hot outside??¿¿_The room didn't look at the booking picture at all._There is no lock from the inside beside your keys. Only one key for 2 persons._A little table in the room will be appreciate.
Comfortable rooms and great showers. Staff were helpful and kind.
We were provided a better room than expected/booked. Thomas and Roman, at the reception when we arrived, were extremely polite, helpful and dedicated as much time as we needed to show us around. Even before our arrival, we had a call clarifying to us all the details we needed about the storage of our bikes. Safe storage for our bikes was also provided and car parking place in front of the hotel. Wonderful experience and positive surprises all the way!
Absolutely nothing!
Very friendly and helpful staff, nice and clean room with balcony, modern and well equipped. They also have a secured garage for motorcycles and bicycles.

The breakfast was fresh, good variety of foods. Room was very comfortable. We liked our balcony and the view of the town. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. We were in town for a family wedding.
Navigating round the hotel could be confusing. It took us some time to realise the lift had two different control pads with doors opening on different sides...
New and clean Super comfy bed Staff is super helpful Nice view Near supermarket
Nothing :)
Brilliant hotel - friendly and accommodating staff, good breakfast and ideal location. You can just about ski to the door, and theere's a ski hire shop just next door if you need it. Comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms with a good shower and there's a spacious ski/boot room with heated dryers and plenty of comfy seating. The bar on the top floor has excellent views of the village and the mountain and it has a welcoming ambience. We'd definitely stay again.
