Staff was not as helpful as I thought. Did not tell us about free parking options and also did not tell us there was an inclusive breakfast that we paid for with our stay until the day we checked out

Loved the hotel location and breakfast, we thought the staff were amazing and the room/ facilities were spotless. The room was lovely but bathroom (toilet) was a little bit small as my husband is very tall. Overall we had a great time. The staff picking us up and dropping us off around the resort was amazing and at no point did we have to wait around which was a surprise!

The sauna/ steamroom were very small, bathrooms a bit pokey but we still loved the room.

Perfectly located hotel. Welcoming and very helpful staff. A truly amazing breakfast, I have never had such light pastries/bread. Selection incredible and fresh, was also able to order eggs/omelettes in addition to the cooked breakfast, cold meats, salmon and cakes. Also lots of heathy options of yoghurt, muesli and a fruit bowl.A nice touch to get slippers and bath robes in the room as well.

Very good breakfast, lovely service, central location so close to everything you need from the lifts to the restaurants to the chemist.

Breakfast was great, good choice of cereals and breads as well as egg and meat dishes. The restaurant had a nice selection for evening meal and the bar is lovely and cosy.

Ran out of all black tea, no breakfast tea for 3 days. The beds could be bigger - only queen size (even though bigger beds could fit in the room). I found them quite hard

The staff were fabulous. Always helpful and going the extra mile. Location is perfect, right in the middle of Mirabel Village and close to access to the slopes. Bar is very cosy and lively.

Our room was very hot.

A bit strange to have to go down to your rooms but we got use to it. It made sense though

Great Staff , a credit to the hotel and management, very efficient and helpful, lovely bar and restaurant, food excellent, can’t recommend it enough.

No faults

The hotel breakfast was terrific. We loved the cheese, saucisson, eggs, yogurt bar, croissants. The custom eggs offered were great. Front desk was super friendly and accommodating throughout, and we appreciate them and our extra drive to dinner. Housekeeping was very friendly as well. The bar area was very inviting and lively and we received excellent service from the bar tenders. Thank everyone very much for us. We also love the location of the hotel to the ski area, close to the escalators and Meribel Centre ski area.

The location is excellent with a short walk to an escalator which gives access to the main lift base . Very close to transportation as well

Breakfast had lots of cold options, but the hot options weren't up to the standards of the hotel. Service in the morning was lacking.

neat, spotless and well furnished. The highlight must be the service of the front desk and the young men are super attentive and nothing is too much trouble. enjoyed this stay more than my last on at Meribel in a 5star. well done team Le savoy.

We had perfect stay and a great vacation thanks to the Hotel Le Savoy! The service was attentive and very helpful, breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of options for everyone, and the location is terrific for skiing. As a bonus the restaurant and bar are charming and terrific. They were also very accommodating of our daughters’ food allergies/celiac.
