Excellent location, god value for money, needs modern WiFi

Wifi is very old and slow, its time to change your routers!

Cute mountain resort with comfortable rooms, very nice lobby, good breakfast (except the coffee unfortunately) and a very nice spa with jacuzzi, steam room and dry sauna

Perfect location and very friendly staff

We had room 106 which meant that during the day we had noise from the kitchen van and at night from the disco next door

Perfect location, right by the lifts and green slope to get you down to the main hub. Beautifully traditional. Comfortable rooms. Clean as a whistle. Convenient. Great staff. Great breakfast and two lovely restaurants. Hard to fault the hotel. We will be back. Our best skiing holiday ever.

Difficult to find fault but if I had to, it would be that access to the balcony was a bit clunky, you have to step up on to an air vent. I’m splitting hairs here though really.

Excellent breakfast ,plenty of variety and freshly cooked eggs etc

Some of evening meals were not as good as we remember on previous visit.

    Ski in and ski out

The service was horrific and the food was ok not good for a 4 star or being French. The spa was a joke made for no more than 6 people at a time. The way they run the hotel is horrible and at dinner you saw the lack of leadership .

Atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, facilities, location - all excellent

    10DavidPosted on: 2-13-2024

The breakfast was very poor with the only option of a cooked breast being eggs by a chef. It would be much better if self service with sausages and bacon eggs and beans etc. as done in other hotels constantly topped up by staff.Had to repeatedly ask for coffee we weren't asked what we wanted. The breakfast spoilt the whole exceptional experience of staying in this hotel.

Formal restaurant did a very good meal. The staff were in traditional dress which gave a very nice ambiance to the hotel and were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Warm and friendly hotel with comfortable surroundings right on the slope.

The staff are so helpful and friendly and the hotel Manage Ms Serial (if spelled right) was so nice, corporative and supportive. She helped us in every single way

Lovely staff. Great facilities and location.

Slope side rooms quite noisy due to night club.

    10JenniferPosted on: 3-22-2023

The staff was extremely friendly and made the stay exceptional. The food is stellar: from a fantastic breakfast to the wonderful late-afternoon pastries in the lobby, the attention to detail was perfect. Our three dinners at La Table were amazing too, absolutely recommend. For skiing, the on-site ski locker room is great, loved that it's on ground floor, right off the hill and next to the lobby. Also note that there are multiple lifts to access right outside the hotel. Apres-ski bars are right there as well, if you wish to stay outdoors and people watch in the afternoon. The room was also fantastic: comfortable mattress and pillows and plenty to space to unpack and relax. Even a room balcony, if you wish to step out to preview the day's weather. The singing two nights in the lobby was enjoyable and fun, and love that the staff have multi creative talents!!

I have no complaints, as any minor discomforts are greatly outweighed by the attentive staff and management.

Location amazing, breakfast fabulous. Room was so clean and the daily cleaning was excellent. Staff freindly and a really nice atmosphere. We love this place :-)

we were disappointed as we had a mountain view (Valley view previously) and there was incredibly loud music most nights that went on until 5am. The room was also so hot despite us turning off the heating (and then the room service team kept turning it back on!) but because of the noise we couldn’t open the window. Getting no sleep when you have paid thousands for a room is just not good at all. I realise this is slightly out of the control of the hotel but they need to address the stuffiness of the rooms. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the service was awful. Again I assume short staffed as one waiter seemed to be ran ragged looking after several tables. We waited 25 minutes for an extra glass of wine, in the end they gave it us on the house but really it was not great
