Small apartment. Heating problem (however was solved by hotel stuff)

Proximity to slopes

Dirty apartment, previous occupants socks, etc under beds. Shelving too filthy to hold our clothes. Literally one socket in kitchen and one in living room. One bedroom without a socket at all ! Bathrooms had been cosmetically modernised, but not ventilation, so black mould present on walls.

Epic location and excellent ski-in/out. Good but 'worn out' furniture/facilities. Overall satisfactory value for money balance.

Mattresses were very old/poor in our apartment. Inadequate number of parking is a challenge in the area.

Location, chalet lift and shops on site

Expensive Towel rental, terrible mattresses, mould in rooms, having to take sheets back at end of trip, no bath mat or kitchen towels, expensive wifi, terrible service from staff

right on the slopes; convenient; in Mottaret where there are the shops you need (supermarket, ski shop, a few restaurants and bars) but where you miss the glamour of Meribel which is in Meribel centre- accessible by bus shuttle but a bit painful.

not enough electricity plugs; not well equipped to properly cook; spacious for two, not for 5; you need to bring your toiletries ; checkout 10am

Comfortable apartments right on the slope with shops, rentals and restaurants available. Coffee machine in the room.

Great value ski in ski out location. Everything you need in one place.

One or two more dishwasher tablets. Maybe one or two more bin bags.

I like the variety of slopes and that there are easy slopes and really steep slopes also. The lifts are quite fast. There is a big selection on where to ski and something new to discover every day.

The meals were expensive for a family,. Sometimes on the hills with bad weather there was only the restaurant open and not the snack sites. The restaurants on top of the hill were quite expensive.

- Location is amazing, truly ski in ski out! Good value too! - Very close to the large car parks (this does not mean parking was easy to find though)!- Ground floor room we had provided a great view which was a surprise- Good amount of kitchen equipment to cook fairly complex meals- Much more modern and clean bathrooms than we were expecting!!

- 4 person room had a small kitchen, 5 person room had a much larger kitchen in comparison- 4 person room had one of two radiators working- Very few plug sockets in the roomsThese are all fairly minor issues

Great location, nice staff, convenient shops and good layout of rooms

Sparse furnishings, no oven, limited hours of reception and no swimming pool

- location directly on the slopes- Carrefour Montagne right in the building where we stayed- the possibility of buying a ski pass directly at the accommodation- finally our accommodation problems were solved

- We were assigned a different studio than the one we ordered, with personal belongings of strangers and with different equipment than purchased through booking.com. At first, after complaints, we were refused the exchange, only after urgency and showing the photos of the studio on our mobile phone, the studio was exchanged for the one corresponding to the photos on booking.com.- Dog excrement in the hallway- two water breaks during our stay - once in the neighboring studio, once on the ground floor near the reception

The location is what sells this accommodation and we have stayed here a few times.

WiFi would have been a nice addition.

Good location and quiet. At top of hill but close to Chalets lift so no need to walk. Ski virtually to and from the door. Apartment spacious by French standards.

Lack of storage for clothes - 1 wardrobe and small set of drawers in apt. for 4.Nowhere comfortable to sit, just couchettes and dining tables.Wifi only available in reception in adjacent block.

We arrived at Dec 2nd 2023, the beginning of the reason, City is not ready to trun on Wi-Fi yet. and the hotel doesn't provide Wi-Fi at all, hence there is no Wi-Fi during the stay.

This was so disgusting ? and disappointing. Arrived at 20:30 nothing to sleep in a dirty apartment ? So ended up booking a 4 star hotel to get som sleep in clean sheets and toilet paper in the room. It was dirty dirty dirty, no toilet paper, no towels, and only tiny paper towel to put on the bed. ? Not possible to stay the first night. We came back the day after and wanted to rent some bed linens and towels. For one night it would cost 100 €? 4 set. We could have stayed at a five star hotel for the same price. This is so stupid words can’t describe it ?

Beds and sofa beds are very hard and not comfortable for a night of sleep.You have to pay for literally everything: bed sheets, 10€ for towels per stay, 8€ per day for WiFi and you have to give a security deposit (which is ok) but you have to pay a cleaning fee even though they have strict rules for the guests to clean the apartment, which includes things like vacuuming and emptying the vacuum. I think you either charge a cleaning fee or ask guests to clean and if it’s not clean, deduct from the deposit but doing both is wrong.And regarding the deposit it takes more than a week to get it back, contrary to the 48h that they promise during check in.
