The staff, the location, good food and cleanliness were exceptional

The family rooms were small, we had no balcony and our room was looking into indoor swimming pool window so we couldn’t open the curtains enough.

Wonderful hotel still in the traditional style but very comfortable and lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was a particular highlight.

Location was perfect. Facilities were great. Staff were very friendly.

Swimming pool was cold.

Super nice hotel staff and in an excellent location. Definitely check out Bam Bam burger for some late night “tacos” ;). Also the Taverne had a great burger!

Snow this time if year is falling off but the weather was great.

Proximity to ski lifts (30m), cafes, bars, restaurants was amazing! Facilities were great. Staff were super helpful.Food was great.

Rooms were REALLY small and cramped.Thin walls so we were kept awake with the couple next door arguing at night!

Location was brilliant. The entrance along with bar and eating area was lovely. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

The actual room was well bellow 4 star standard prob a 2 star at best. No shower in the bathroom for three male adults this was logistically a nightmare! The beds are way to small I have slept on bigger camping beds.

Staff is very kind and we were very well treated. Bar and restaurant are a plus.Location is the best.General facilities are very good.

I booked a room for 3 people. One of us had to sleep in a sofa bed which quality was not high. And the main bed was on a second floor of where we could not stay stand. A kind of doll room. To accees the second floor we had to bend our body otherwise we would hit our head. Unbelievable. For 900 Euros/day this is beyond reasonable.

Overpriced. reliant on location

Underwhelmed by the standard of the room, small and cheaply decorated. The bathroom was plastic and broken shower. The worst thing was the constant loud music in every public room, even the extremely expensive restaurant, rap and inappropriate music for a supposedly luxury hotel. This hotel cannot decide if it’s a night club or a high end hotel
