Hôtel Les Grangettes

Hôtel Les Grangettes is THE place to stay if you're looking for a ski trip at the French Alos: next to the main ski lifts at Méribel Centre, the half board option is amazing because their food is delicious and the portions are generous, they are close to many ski equipment rental shops, and most of all, their staff is very nice, kind and helpful. All in all, we had a great time staying with them and would love to return

Great location close to the lifts. The food was so good, that our friends staying in nearby 5 star Kaila hotel came twice for dinner with us at Les Grangettes!

Great location for slopes. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Half board food was good quality.

Proximity to the Apres Ski Bar was double edged! Great for a beer after a hard day. Quite noisy in the rooms if you wanted to rest after a long day on the piste.We chose to enjoy the bar!

Amazing location, can’t get closer to the slopes and evening meals were fantastic.

Nothing much, the lighting in the dining room could have been turned down for dinner service, it felt rather bright with the overhead lights on as well as the wall lights.

Looked a little tired decor wise Ski locker was not always locked which was a concern, but they were helpful in trying to sort this

The nearest to the skilifts and car park you can get! They are literally across the street!The english speaking staff is very friendly and helpful!They create a very nice laidback, but professional, atmosphere. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and they have a small but nice wine selection.

Location is superb. Could not be closer to the piste. Great bar for apres ski next door. Staff were so friendly and kind. Food was delicious.

The bed was a bit hard

Breakfast was really good. Plenty of hot and cold food. The evening meals were good home cooking and good sized portions. The staff were friendly. One of the best apres ski bars is right next door but the room was really quiet. The hotel is very close to the main ski lifts.

The room was a little small but this is a budget hotel so luxury is not expected.

Location and staff were great . . Meals were good. Unpretentious , clean, good towels and linen,plenty hot water .

I think some would call this place "cheap and cheerful" and while it is both, I think they go well beyond that. It's got everything you need (boot room, ski lockers, pub, restaurant, breakfast, dinner, great staff) and the location is second to none. The food was lovely, and the price was unbeatable. Its not the fanciest place, there's lots of room for improvement cosmetically, but it's clean and safe and very well appointed. I personally don't think it's worth paying more for something prettier. Amazing value for money. Highly recommended.

Clean, friendly staff and fantastic location.

Beds were comfortable and hotel was quiet at night. Good location. Appreciated the living room to relax after long day.

Breakfast was slim pickings and unsure about cleanliness of dishes, cups and silverware. Rooms and hallways could be cleaner.

Never any staff on the front desk. If you ever need anything, it’s difficult to chase them down.
