Pros +
- The hotel was perfect for our stay in Val Thorens - location was the best and the staff was incredible, especially the front desk (Sebastian and Alex). We really loved the comfort & decor of our room, the friendliness of the waitstaff at the restaurant and being able to realx at the spa after a long day of skiing.
- Everything was amazing. from the room to the staff to the breakfast. Tidy and clean.Everything was perfect and the service was amazing, very attentive and responsive. The spa is amazing and a MUST apres ski!
- Room was great although if you find stairs challenging ask to be on the first level. This is the nearest to the bar and restaurant and on the same level as the spa. There is not a lift in the hotelThe ski locker arrangement was great as the boot locker was in reception. An easy flight of stairs to collect and deposit ski's in normal footwear and put the skis on the rack outside reception while you change into your boots in the comfort of the reception areaStaff were super helpful and booked transfers for us which were cheaper than other companies we had looked at and they even made a breakfast box for us as we left early. A little walk to and from the slopes, but only a few minutes each way (there wasn't a huge amount of snow when we went in the village)
Cons -
- I didn't have any issues with the hotel. It was perfect!
- A bit far from the slopes, but it's a fine 5 min walk with your ski boots on (still a lot closer than other hotels)
- Nil. All good

The size, decor, the staff - the room was a good size for a family of 4. The bathroom was really good and the Spa was a great addition.
location, staff, facilities and food all perfect
The room is very comfy, though not bigThe breakfast is greatThe location is good
Nil. All good
Fantastic location close to the pistes, ski rental and lift pass outlet
Beautiful hotel, decorated to a high standard. Interesting room, bathed in sun all afternoon. Not ski-in and ski-out, but only 50m to start of slopeGreat breakfast, lovely bar for an aperitif; very friendly and helpful staff
No outside space - a real loss in a week of sunny days, there is nowhere to sit
Great location, amazing quality of service - staff were exceptional and fantastic food.
The suite was lovely and spacious with amazing views. The beds were comfortable but pillows not so! The steam room and very large jacuzzi bath were fab for relaxing in after a hard day skiing.
Cramped ski lockers and boot room.
comfortable boutique hotel.Spectacularly good food - Thanks to Atilla, the head chefFriendly helpful staff, particularly Sebastien at reception and Ivan who was our waiterHalf board is best optionnice little spa, but no poolNot ideal for kids, but great for adultsNice bar
not ski in / out but only 50m walk to the snow, maybe 100m on return.
Room was decent, the room was small- the breakfast could have been better.Sebastian made our experience amazing, what a guy! Sebastian turned into one of our best buddies - what a legend!!! Thanks Sebastian
Sebastian wasn’t on the slopes w the boys!!
Very friendly staff, especially Noah who served us coffee on arrival with a large smile and continued smiling throughout our stay serving at the bar, in the restaurant and making wine recommendations. All the staff were keen to assist wherever they could.
Location was central but did require a short walk to access the slopes
Staff were very polite and helpful
There is no lift in the Hotel!!! There is no warning about this in the ad. We had to carry our heavy luggage down three floors by stairs. Although hotel did offer to help, i would have expected that a lift would be available. Not a hotel for disabled or mobility restricted persons.Hotel amenities were poor. There is no Gym and there is no swimming pool. Although reference is made to a Wellness and SPA facility, this is too small.Rooms are too mall. They lack basic amenities such as a fridge and body/hand creams. I would have excreted that these would be provided as standard. The heating is centrally controlled and is shut down in the evenings. We had to requests for additional heating to be provided and we were given a portable electric rail.the beds are too hard and we could hardly sleep. we had to ask the hotel to place additional duvet as bed layer to soften them.
Perfect locationExcellent food for adults Great team especially Sebastien at the front desk!
Limited kids meal options
Two great rooms. Very confortable indeed with great views.
The bed was too hard for one member of our party.
Very nice decoration
There is no elevator in the hotel so 3 floor stairs is too much to me Plus a bit far from the slopes You have to walk 50 min then take an outside elevator
Super clean and cosy hotel, with a lovely restaurant featuring great imaginative food, excellent breakfast with many options, a super relaxing spa area. Rooms are compact and beautifully appointed. Most importantly the staff was super professional, always ready to help and make me a happy guest.
Nice rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast
Double bed was very hard; in duplex room, spiral staircase from living area to bedrooms was very narrow and steep
Nice manager on reception, very helpful in the circumstances
Advertised as half board only to be told the restaurant was closed but that we would have to pay the same (very high) rate for B&B only. Had we known, we wouldn't have booked, and our dinner out cost us £150. Misselling at its worst, I don't think the hotel knows how to properly sell itself on Booking.com and so is misleading its customers in the worst way.
