- Lift broke down with my wife and baby - took 15 minutes for someone to help. Power went out while kids were having a bath. In general the infrastructure is lacking.
- The crowd : very loud & not clean Also , the toilets not clean anywhere
- We had a suite which was expensive. Not good value for money. The bedrooms were in an eve which was claustrophobic. The room faced the slope and it was very noisy at night. There's night club near the hotel and people get drunk and make loud noises when they leave the club. I could not sleep

The spa was good - had massages and used facilities Good bar with atmosphere Rooms were well decorated but a bit small - had a deluxe room and didn’t see a space difference to the two standard rooms save for us having a bath.
The rooms and bathroom were nicely furnished and quality materials and good storage. The bar area and fire were lovely and very relaxing. The staff were excellent, friendly & helpful.
Breakfast was a good selection and ok. Only had one lunch on first day of onion soup which was awful and tasteless.
We loved everything about this hotel, the rooms, location, ski in - ski out, spa, pool and most of all the staff. They really make the experience, nothing is too much trouble and they’re always happy to help.
Not one bad thing to say
Fantastic Location, great staff front of house and in the ski shop
Service in breakfast was slow. Every night there appeared to be different closing times in the bar. We were told it closed at 11pm, yet some of our party couldn’t get a drink at 10:30pm. Also some confusion over bar meals and there timings
Exceptionally located hotel. It retains that quintessential ski resort ambience. Cozy bar with adequate breakfast.
It took 3 changes of rooms to get a satisfactory room with a clear view not blocked by snow and with normal ceiling heights and a shower. The staff was not up to the standards of a 5 star hotel.
great location, excellent reception staff
the bar and terrace staff was poor, many mistakes, bad organisation, but i’m sure that the management of the hotel will take care of this….
The location is great, and the hotel bar is excellent with seriously good coctails and a cozy large fireplace. The SPA area is small but functional and easy to access.
Breakfast was quite basic; there was a great choice of bread and pastries, but otherwise choices were limited. Service during breakfast time was very slow - there is no coffee machine accessible to guests, but ordering tea/coffee from staff would normally result in 10-15 minutes of waiting time.
We had a great room, spacious. Very kind helpful staff, everyone take the time for you.
Nothing to complain about
booking.com made an error with our booking - the hotel were not even expecting us! despite this being no fault of the hotel, the staff apologised profusely and upgraded us to the most beautiful suite. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.thank you!
There was a good selection for breakfast. The service was excellent. The views were perfect.
The cooked breakfast was a little limited for my taste. There needed to be more vegetarian options.
The breakfast at the hotel is ok. Not worth 5 start hotel , but anyway good enough for me. I can not say it about the restaurant - food is not good, and you can notice that it is totally not popular. Other restaurants are full, that one is always empty.

It was close to ski lifts
Felt it was over pricedRoom had hole in floorRoom was dustyPool table in very poor condition for a 5 star hotelBreakfast was average
Breakfast was a buffet but the hotel would cook omelettte on request.
The size of the room was rather small!
Staff, service, atmosphere, location all very good.
2 single beds pushed together should not be considered a Double in a 5* hotel.Car is valeted off site and takes time to arrive which was never conveyed.
Casual staff in restaurant area / breakfast excellent. Excellent. Front house very good. Room cleaning patchy. Very good when not patchy. Had to ask and follow up. Should not happen on 9000euro+ week
Gym and wellness area very poor for such an establishment Super poor
Location
Room was very cramped and ill equipped. WiFi awful and room facilities not replenished eg toilet paper also only one free bottle of water for the whole stay between two people. Additionally errors on the charges at check out.
I paid 2200 in advance for this hotel Then on arrival they DEMANDED another 1500€ on a card hold 4 days after I left the money is still on hold despite me settling my bill in full
