- Lovely building & location. Exceptionally kind & helpful front desk & polite staff. Nice quiet clientele, good breakfast, nice balcony.
- A large choice of pistes for all levels.Good snow ,not too crowded /April
- Breakfast was delicious; the bread was always fresh, and everything was from the top shelf.
Cons -
- Room was cold. I tried the thermostat but it made no sense. Wore a woolen hat. 1/4 roll of toilet paper, no other roll anywhere. Could’ve been awkward!I don’t understand the showers in many euro hotels… a short hinged piece of glass on a tub… you have to manage the shower head or you’ll soak the bathroom. Strange.

- As all ski hotels seem to be - it was a bit overheated at night. Room sizes are true to the pictures! Fitting two teenagers and two adults into a family room was a tight squeeze but we knew what we were letting ourselves in for.

Good variety for breakfast. The lounge area is snug with a fire and great bar. We had the hotel dinner on the last night which was fabulous and they catered off menu for the children. It's a big meal so couldn't do it every night. The room had a decent amount of storage space (especially given it's size). Close to walk to the center. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly.

The 'sherpa' atmosphere was excellent. Just what I was looking for! The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar tender, Samuel, was so accommodating and contributed to the inviting atmosphere. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The receptionists were great as were the cleaning staff.
If you want me to be picky I would say the hot tub was more like a warm tub. The mattress could have been firmer.
very cosy and relaxing to come back to after a long day of skiing. The food was great and we loved the sauna and cold dip.

Beautiful hotel
Rooms very small - no kettle in room. Breakfast not great and not enough food - there for 9 days and only got full breakfast on some days !!
Great hotel, staff very friendly and food really good. Excellent ski in/ski out
Traditional ski chalet style with ski in ski out access.
Room was sometimes a bit too hot.
Breakfast was great, everything laid out so no need to wait which is perfect when you want to get out skiing/snowboarding. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff were brilliant and very friendly and always accommodating. The spa and in particular outside sauna are great +.
Nothing of note, they looked after us brilliantly. the room could be a little big bigger with better hairdryer, the interior is very fitting with its roots of "sherpa"
Excellent restaurant with delicious food and wonderfully attentive friendly staff.Cosy lounge with lovely terrace to enjoy the afternoon sun.Ski in ski out was brilliant
Tea / coffee making facility in the room would have been good
The staff were fantastic and cheerful too. Great location. Clean and good attention to detail and service. Thoroughly enjoyable stay.
friendly staff, good location, food and drink were good
our room smelt of stale smoke even though we specified we did not want a smokers room. my partner suffers with a sensitive chest and we asked to move room. unfortunately we were not moved. The smell of stale smoke was that bad that we actually left the hotel a day early and went and stayed in Geneva. for reference the room was 207, as I know the staff are aware of the smell, as they have tried to professionally ‘fog’ the room. when unpacking at home, all of our clothes now smell of stale smoke. it’s a shame, as we loved the staff, the bar, the balcony etc but, we did everything we could to avoid being in our room!!! another thing would be to provide some English speaking channels. all the channels were in French. considering the resort has circa 40% English people passing through each season, you’d think they’d have some English channels.
loved the staff , the food , the coziness of longe area and the ease of ski in and ski out
the king size bed was two separate twins with separate bedding
great location, great dinner, great breakfast, nice staff
The breakfast buffet was really good. Best start of the day before hitting the mountain.
