Clean, comfortable, great location

Could have used better soap option

We like the location and the staff. We would stay there again. Also, the breakfast was good. The actual hotel is better than the photos on the website.

We booked the hotel last minute as a prior booking cancelled at very short notice. The hotel is as described, easy to find, comfortable, clean, great location. The hotel is family run, they were absolutely lovely and so helpful. The owner took time out to tell us about Cauterets history the history of local buildings and whilst only he spoke English it was easy to communicate. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Close to town, generous sized room, excellent shower. Staff didn’t speak a lot of English but were friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room, only in the restaurant.

Small family run hotel. Perfectly comfortable and the staff/owners were delightful. 1 minutes walk from the town centre with ample free parking on the street or numerous town car parks.

Including breakfast it seemed slightly over priced.

The hotel is fine - nothing wrong and nothing to 'write home about'. Clean, friendly enough - basic. Strange restaurant: open,but only if one has pre-booked' half-board'.....

The hotel is slightly off the main street, and rooms are being updated. Very charming, personable family running the place. High ceilings, room had a terrace.

Room was adequate, but not much room got opening suitcases. WC is a tiny closet. Furniture has a lot of wear and tear.

It was basic but of good quality normal for an Hotel I guess

Shame no restaurant as no working kitchen due to equipment failure so evenings there was nothing not even a bar

Great location and great breakfast. The owner is very helpful and enthusiastic about hiking and activities in the region. He even lend us a map of the local hiking trails which proofed very helpful.
