Pros +

Nice, charming, well restored barn, in historic center of Le Chable. One parking place right at the side of the barn. Kitchen is well equipped, enough dishes and pans. Landlord Guy was very kind.

Cons -

We did not like that we were charged right after having booked the appartment on Booking a 10% increase of the indicated price for "cleaning", which was to my understanding not communicated, plus another Fr. 24 for community tax. Air circulation in the bedrooms is an issue, especially in the winter time. There is only one window that can be opened, approx. 1 meter above the head, not good when it is windy and below 0 centigrades outside. Bathroom has no circulation at all, there is a roof window approx. at 3-4 meters above, which requires a ladder to open and close. Could be improved.
