Pros +

Worst experience in my life. No towel change and no cleaning service even I requested. Very small and dirty room and extra charge. Do not expect from them.
The price is good and the location is also good.
The staff was fantastic. I loved the pub.

Cons -

The shower in the room was old and needed some maintenance, otherwise it was a great stay.
When we walked into the room, the floor was covered in water. The room was cold despite the radiator being at the highest setting allowed by the hotel. We left without staying the night, but still had to pay.

It had a fantastic location, near the waterfall, in a beautiful valley.
