The charming, historic and family-run Hotel Oberland in the center of Lauterbrunnen is only a 5-minute walk away from the train station. The Staubbach waterfall is nearby. Hotel Oberland's popular restaurant serves cheese fondue or Röstis. All rooms come with cable TV. Most also consist of a balcony with views of the waterfall or the surrounding mountains. Lauterbrunnen is a popular place to visit all year round. Some parking spaces are available in front of the hotel for 15 CHF per day and these are subject to availability. Otherwise public parking is available beside the church for an hourly fee.

- Perfect location views are amazing from the balcony, great customer service very friendly staff, breakfast is amazing, rooms very clean and comfortable

- Horrible Service. First, hotel gave our prepaid room to other guest. We had to wait for 1 hr before they sorted it out and gave another room. Second, Rooms are small, Old and right beside the restaurant kitchen ( Room 28 ).Whole time we smelled burnt oil.
