Hotel Granbinario Komatsu

Everything. Location, room size and cleanliness were all very good. I will stay again.

The location is great, right outside of hotel.

There was noise outside of hotel every night, and I could hear people talking. The soundproof isn't good enough.

Close to the Komatsu station. Clean and wide room.

Good location seconds from the main train station and an easy ten minute bus ride to Komatsu airport. The room was clean, adequate size for two people (for a short stay), the bed was comfortable, and there was a good strong shower. The hotel was quiet with no noise from adjoining rooms, so ensured a good night’s sleep.Having access to washing machines on-site was a useful bonus.

Location CleanComfortable

Not aloud to have guest in room

Very convenient location.

We had a room facing the train station so was a bit noisy.

The front desk and cleaning staff were exceptional.

The light switches are behind pillow on bed.The light came on many times in the night. It was nucience!!Power points are in awkward places and not enough of them.

The room is spacious and bedding is incredible big. I seems booked non-smoking comfort room. it had 1 king size 1 queen size.

The wifi i think is a bit slow.

It’s clean, the staff is friendly and it’s in a great location just across from Komatsu Station

The rooms are a little small, but if you upgrade to a larger room it is well worth it!

Great location, next to Komatsu station and service bus to airport. Room was clean.

We heard the sound from the train outside all night ( but not significant)Staff was unfriendly.

Over price

Unfriendly n unhelpful staffsExtra bottle of drinking water is chargeable Uncomfortable of bedding Temperature in the room is not easy to manage Over price room price

I like the hotel’s location, it’s fairly new and clean. The breakfast is good.

noice of passing train rather annoying.

Clean and spacious executive room

Lack of luxury feel, thin towels.... at the extra price, having a later checkout would be expected!

I have been traveling to Komatsu for the first time. I checked in at 9 pm and the staff was very nice and helpful. Totally recommended.

I was so tired from my trip that I found the bed a little stiff but overall still good.

The localization is very good If you want to try some izakaya or If you need a quick access to Komatsu Station. Breakfast was very good. The hotel crew was very kind and gentle.

Last year I got a cheaper room that seems bigger than the expensive I got this year. It does not make much sense to me but probably has to do with some information I did not give much attention.

location next to train and bus station

staff did not speak a lot of English check in and out via a computer

Good hotel

No coffee in room.

Very clean and courteous staff.

Good value for money, clean and spacious room

Staff was very helpful and the included breakfast was good.

There really wasn't anything disagreeable.
