Our room had no view ..it wasn't nice

Everything was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The front desk staff was wonderful and enhanced our enjoyment. They were friendly, offered great restaurant suggestions and made reservations for us as well. The jacuzzi was a nice option. Overall, we loved the hotel.

Breakfast was ok. I'd suggest less options and doing those options well. If you want the secured parking, it's a winding 4 stories underground with a stoplight to tell you when it's safe to go since it's one-way at a time. We limited our going in and out via car due to the experience, including having to wait as parking is not just for the hotel (shopping mall and grocery store).

We booked the room with a balcony, hot tub, sauna, and steam shower in our room. It was amazing!

The staff were so friendly and helpful which really made a difference to our stay.

Our room was on a road which was a little noisy first thing in the morning with traffic and church bells.

Would be great if there was a rooftop pool

The property is inside the Duke Shopping Mall so it is convenient to enjoy shopping and eating without going outside. The location is also within walking distances to many attractions, and it is besides the Public Parking Lot to park my rental car for free. The room is spacious and modern to have a mini bar inside a fridge. Breakfast is nice with many types of food and drinks. Staff are very informatively helpful to answer my questions on the St. George's Day celebration.

The property has a wrongly placed icon on Google Map on the west of the Duke Shopping Mall. Suggest correct this error on Google Map asap. The room's floor is shining marble (maybe), so it is easy to slip if shoes are wet. It is a good hotel without many issues I do not like.

The hôtel is near everything, the rooms are spacious and modern and the bed is confortable

The fact that the hotel shares spaces with the comercial mall and no pool is to bad

A fantastic stay in all regards! I had not expected such a terrific, high quality, well-appointed property when I booked. A wonderful surprise when I arrived. Front desk/reception staff (2) were profoundly welcoming, congenial and helpful.And the on-site breakfast buffet was extraordinary - food and service amazing.The Duke Boutique Hotel is of exceptional value. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Despite being BANG in thr middle of the Rabat centre, the room ia super quiet and relaxing. The room came with all the trimmings - the perfect duvet, minibar, large smart TV, ironing board, complimentary water and toiletries etc. The show is a Jacuzzi one, with rainfall, jet and steam options! It was a treat. The terrace was perfect - private Jacuzzi hot tub, private sauna and a double sunning bed enjoying the view. A truly relaxing and deluxe room! Breakfast was lovely. Staff were great!

The pillows could have been better, however, it's a personal preference for most :)

Brilliant location , light airy and spacious room - balcony especially enjoyed. Direct lift to ground floor very useful .

Nothing to dislike

Very clean, comfortable, the room was ready very early. Huge, clean bathroom. The young man from the reception on 23 April at noon was so kind and helpful. Very good breakfast.4 stars hotel. SPA. Excellent location. Fully recommanded.

Our room had a window with no view. Poor light in the room. Quite cold.

Check in was very efficient and helpful staff. Gave me my room earlier than the time and am grateful for this. Time spent on explaining the map and buses. Thank you

I was charged €2.50 off my credit card yesterday. I called your hotel and told I had a beer from the mini fridge. This is NOT TRUE and I am very offended that your staff do not believe me. I bring tourists to Gozo and now I feel do not trust hotels. Obvious the house keeping did not check from previous occupants in the room 521 and billed me for their missing beer!!!!. I did not have a beer. I expect my money to be refunded. It is the principle of not believing a customer I was here for work. I have 30 years of tourism experience and am a tour leader.

The quality of the towels and dressing gowns. The bathroom quality and size of bath. The finished furnishings standard was superb

Extremely helpful staff! Breakfast is served in the terrace with beautiful view of the Citadella. Comfortable and clean rooms. Above all, very centrally located.

The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the jaccuzi was a great addition, not to mention the delicious breakfast with great variety of foods.

The only down sides with the hotel were that there was no streaming services on the TV (Netflix or even YouTube) and the bathrobes had only one size and therefore not size inclusive.
