The location, landscaping and general layout of the hotel was very good. Since there were reefs on the coastal part of the hotel, there were many different fish species and it gave you the feeling of watching a documentary. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff, especially their manager (I think his name is Tarık). We would also like to thank Ms. Aigerim, the guest advisor, for her interest and help.

The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise we had no problems.

Lots of pools, lots of places for everyone to relax, beach was very clean and well looked after.

The entertainment team was at times rude, they only spoke Russian, some of them just speak with people in Russian, entertainment every evening starts and finishes with a Russian song if not songs. Because most of the guests were Russian, all the staff in general thought that every guest is Russian. The rest of staff was wonderful although they again spoke just Russian and very little English, staff could not do more for us, very very good all the time even if sometimes we would not understand each other, we would use sign language. We had some other issues, they were resolved in the end, thanks to a brilliant manager. Overall happy, but disappointed in the entertainment.

The food at the bouffet. Not many choices. I am vegan so at least they tried to accomodate.

What really was exceptional is Mr Hisham from reception and Ahmed in his team who made my last minute reservation very smooth as I arrived suddenly at 3:00AM and I am really grateful.Animation team were all great, they’ve all become my friends specially Mira, Lilly and (Bakkar - the best)

Mr Hesham at the Front Office will always go the extra mile for you and Mohamed Khaled the Lifeguard at the Pool with the heater ? ?friendly and full of humour ? also Mr Mohamed Elnemr very respectfull manager and a leader Food and service is amazing and organised Wonderful pools and sea Lilly from the animation what a lovely bab!

Russians and Ukrainians were putting a lot of pressure on consuming loads of hard drinks and alcohols which puts pressure on the efforts and hotel budget

Variable activities, the beach is clean and the stuff are friendly.

Staff were great (shout out Ahmed at the pasta bar and Ahmed doing table service, Nasser, Adel, Fadi). Pool and beach options were really good too. Lots of effort made to provide entertainment. Useful services re taxi, diving and snorkelling trips etc.

The food was the same everyday and not of a good quality or interesting selection. The alcohol options were incredibly limited, with beer provided only in plastic cups rather than the full bottle. They only have soda water, full fat coke/sprite, and juice as mixers to a selection of nonbranded (slightly weird tasting) spirits. I imagine also watered down. The rooms are fine but only offer shampoo/body wash as an amenity. I say all this but given the price, this was all to be expected - but good to know what you should expect!

Everything is very good at the hotel, the staff, the reception, Mustafa at the lobby bar, Muhammed at the room cleaning and Rami Muhammed at the restaurant, thank you all very much. The hotel is really perfect.

THE WORKERS ARE VERY FRIENDLY, ESPECIALLY THE RESTAURANT WORKERS. THE FOOD IS DELICIOUS, I WILL COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN SOON.

Room materials were so old and does not look fresh any more. Internet is really poor on everywhere.

Wish I knew a little bit more about which activities were running daily and where they were/how to access this information. Was mostly word of mouth for me.

It was cheaper than other hotels in the area. It has beach access but it’s rather small and gets full. They brought fruit and drinks to our room which was nice.

Interactions with staff have been okay until our encounter with a rude staff member at snack area. Around 5 pm, 10/27 we got our snacks and tried to sit in one of the tables in the back. One staff got in our face & started blabbering something, we couldn’t understand what he was saying. I guess he didn’t want us sitting there. Then as we were walking away, he made a comment in Arabic, “You didn’t understand sh*t I just said.” He didn’t know that one of us is Egyptian & speaks Arabic. As a struggling hotel business, you probably shouldn’t have anyone on staff that is this hostile and DISRESPECTFUL to guests. Maybe have staff learn English since there are more than just russians coming to Egypt. Most of the dinner buffet food was a bit bland, except for the fish which was way too salty. We had what looked like basbousa for dessert & it tasted like saw dust. The rest of the desserts the same. Maybe they wanted to save money on sugar? The juice had a bizarre taste, it was like drinking windex. Perhaps this is the preferred taste of their usual clientele. Animation very loud at 10-11 pm. Not good if you’re trying to sleep at this time.

The rooms are a bit noisy and you can't sleep very well

It was reasonable price and beach was nice.

It wasn't clean enough, and bad odor was coming from dirty water drain pipe. It messes bathroom air freshness. Waiters needs to improve their English lvls.
