To continue their scamming people and robbing people on your website I m sure it is not a five-star hotel and it is horrible the people are rude and the hotel is disgusting from the reception to the rooms .

Nothing everything was beautiful

Everything was exceptionnal during our stay, we had a Posh Suite at the Posh Club, where the service was excellent, personalized and attentive to our every need. We enjoyed great food at the many restaurants on offer, with great ease of booking and had a lovely stay overall, enjoying the shows, very professional diving center (Blue Lagoon) and beautiful beach on location. There is absolutely nothing to fault about this great hotel, food and activities, with special thanks to Ahmad who gave outstanding private butler service, and his team.

We could be picky on some food items that were better than others on different days, but the chefs always made great efforts to see to our every need. Especially at the greek restaurant which was the best at the hotel. Also, due to heavy wind sometimes, the beach area could do with a few windbreakers to allow for a better sunbathing experience.

The staff were really nice and once they sorted out our room situation our accommodation was also decent. The buffet was really good with good variety but after a few days it started to get boring as they tend to have the same food every day, especially for breakfast.

There was constant chaos at the reception that stemmed from their inability to meet guests expectations on booked rooms. While we were waiting for our room to get ready, we heard multiple complaints from guests needing to move rooms because the rooms they were assigned were not the ones they booked. We had unfortunately the same issue.We booked a premium room category and traveled with a 1.5-year-old, so room accuracy and child accommodations were critical for us. Unfortunately, the first night of our stay was extremely poorly handled, and while the hotel eventually corrected things, the initial experience left a lasting negative impression. - We booked a Junior Suite with a king bed, but were initially given a room with two twin beds.- A baby crib was explicitly requested and confirmed in advance (via Booking.com and directly with the hotel), and we followed up multiple times on the day of check-in.- Late in the evening, the hotel finally brought a “baby cot”, which turned out to be only the wooden frame, with no mattress. When my wife asked where the mattress was, the response was: “Oh, you need a mattress too?” This response alone captures how unprepared the staff were to accommodate a young child. At that point, it was already late, and we could not put our child to sleep properly, making the room effectively unusable that night.- To make matters worse, one room booked with two twin beds for other members of our group was unavailable, and they were instead placed together in a single king bed.After escalating the issue, the hotel did eventually move us to a proper king bed and provide a proper crib starting from the second night. They also offered a late checkout and airport transfer as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated. However, these gestures do not compensate for a chaotic and stressful first night, especially when traveling with a toddler and having paid a premium specifically to avoid this kind of situation.

The property itself is good, clean with different bars and restaurants , amazing interior design and a beautiful sea view.The rooms are big and clean too, the mini bar was ok. They have a shisha spot in the hotel with traditional furniture which is cool. A special thanks to Mr. Emad from the reception for his efforts to help resolve our issue; however, unfortunately, it was too late, as he only reached out to us during check-out.

We reserved a room with a pool view; however, there was significant noise from the activities around the pool area, which made it difficult to rest or take a nap during the day.The most disappointing issue occurred during check-in. We were required to wait at the reception for more than two hours, despite explaining that we had just arrived from a long flight and were extremely tired. Unfortunately, neither the night manager nor the reception staff made any effort to assist us or offer a solution.We even offered to pay for an additional night simply to be able to rest for a few hours, but we were repeatedly told that we had to wait until 5:00 a.m. No alternative or gesture of assistance was provided at that time.The hotel only reached out to us during check-out in an attempt to address the issue, which was disappointing, as the problem should have been handled when it occurred. It was truly sad.

Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the facilities were well maintained and comfortable. The room was clean, the sea view was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing.

I didn't want my vacation to end; everything was wonderful. I loved the sea and the beach. The food and restaurants were excellent, the soup was delicious, and seeing mangoes made me very happy. The service was clean and high-quality. We had a late-night flight back, and they provided breakfast for us to eat on the plane. It was a very kind gesture. We were very happy. We will come back.

Loved the whole experience staff especially posh club staff , facilities, cleanse of the place, entertainment,renovations were great changed the whole place, will definitely visit again.

What an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel is truly exceptional, exceeding all expectations with its superior quality and service. The ambiance is remarkably modern and relaxing, featuring spacious rooms conveniently located near various amenities, including restaurants and the sea. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Everyone made a positive impression, from Reda with the luggage to Ahmed manger of front iffice, Menna and Imad in reception, the main restaurant manager and the entire staff, Ali the lifeguard, Amr at the bar, and even Mr. Hani, the general manager, who ensures everything runs smoothly. The food and beverages are of an incredibly high standard! I particularly enjoyed the new Greek restaurant, "Yaldis," where the dishes were simply fantastic. Upon leaving, I was already looking forward to returning with my family the very next day! It is an experience that is highly recommended.

First of all, everything about the hotel was too good to be true — I genuinely enjoyed every single moment of my stay.Emad from the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming, making check-in and everything else feel effortless. Menna was always checking in with us throughout our stay, making sure everything was running smoothly and seeing if there was anything she could do to make it even better — though honestly, everything was already extraordinary!The waiters were all so kind and professional, especially Hassan and Hosny, whose service was exceptional and always came with a smile. And Haitham, the lifeguard, went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed — he truly did his best to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay unforgettable — we can’t wait to come back!
