- The staff were amazing and helped us with anything we needed!
- I want to say Big Thank you to Chef Gehad , Mr.Hamed , Mr.Reda for all this kindness , Support and assistance . The Food was more than Excellent and variable everyday . Mr.Hamed is a great man who make us feel like we are in home with his assistance and support . Thanks to everyone .
- All of the staff members I encountered were amazing. I intended to write down the names of those I encountered so I could name them specifically but forgot to do so. I remember Hamza from the tour desk. Salah, was one of the servers in the buffet restaurant. Inzo from one of the shops.. all were wonderful. As I said, I give the highest compliments to all of the staff.. these are just the names my forgetful memory retained.I loved the proximity to the beach and how there were plenty of areas to lie out in the shade. The grounds were immaculate and heavenly to just look at in awe.
Cons -
- Nothing .
- I did NOT like my room. I don't know if I had an old room, but it was not to my standards. The ONLY reason I did not complain and request another room is because we had been traveling for 2 days and had arrived 6 hours too early to check in. I was too tired to fuss and just wanted a shower. I spent my first hour in the room cleaning (I carry lysol wipes when traveling). Even if the room was old, there is no reason it should not have been clean. There was mold in the floor tile and in the caulk around the sink. There were areas on the ceiling that was stained. The frosted glass door of the closet was worn out and looked like there were oil spots on it. The sink had not been cleaned at all. When I used a wipe, it was stained. The bottom of the exterior did not have any type of door sweep so there was enough space for bugs and lizards to crawl through. I did have a mini lizard crawl through, but saw no bugs. The room safe did not work properly and would not register the numbers (1) and (3). The patio curtain had stains on it. The furniture was old, stained and worn. I lived out of my suitcase because I didnt even want to put any of my clothes in any of the drawers.
- Very disappointing and not worth the money! This hotel was a big letdown. food not tasty at all, the restaurant is too noisy and not clean, the staff at the reception was not so polite. bathroom and shower were not clean. air conditioner was so noisy it was hard to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable.we paid for the drink at the bar even it was all inclusive! Overall, this hotel does not meet even basic expectations. Definitely not recommended!

Everything was amazing ,the room ,the view and the cleanliness and special thanks to Mohamed Hawash from reception this guy with a smile face was helpful, and I will come back again soon.
The viewThe poolsThe big roomsThe staff was very nice even in busy hours
EntertainmentKids area is very badI was with kids and they saw that but didn't give me a suitable room, there was many stairs every time we walk to the roomThe air condition is not good enough to deal with the hot weatherThe staff was very nice but the hotel, I think the hotel management should realy work on those things
We had a great stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort! Big thanks to Ahmed Ali at reception for his very good welcoming and for upgrading our room — it was such a nice start to our trip. The hotel is lovely, the beach is amazing, and the corals are absolutely beautiful. The food was tasty with lots of variety, and everyone we met was super friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back!
My only recommendation would be to add a bit more entertainment
Clean, new and friendly

Nothing to say . Everything was Exceptional
This was our second time staying at Cleopatra Luxury Resort, and I can confidently say it won’t be the last! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of outstanding. A special shout-out to Mr. Mohammed Ghonaim at the reception, who gave us an incredibly warm welcome and surprised us with a free upgrade from two rooms to a private villa—an upgrade worth at least $150/night. His kindness truly set the tone for the entire trip.We were a big family enjoying a 5-day vacation, and the service across the resort was impeccable. Huge thanks to Mr. Farid and every single member of the kitchen and restaurant staff—they were always friendly, professional, and made every meal a pleasure.Because the resort is very, very large, we relied a lot on the golf cart drivers, and they were always prompt, courteous, and helpful, making it easy to get around.Thank you Cleopatra for another unforgettable stay. We’re already looking forward to our next visit
Really, Nothing to mention!!
Our recent stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resorts exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality and the beautifully maintained grounds. Our room was absolutely lovely—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, offering the perfect retreat after a day in the sun.The dining experience was another highlight. The food choices were incredible, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. We especially enjoyed the live cooking stations—the pancake station was a delightful treat in the mornings, and the bread-making and fresh grill areas added a charming and authentic touch to each meal. The pool bar staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile. Their service truly made us feel special and well cared for. In the evenings, the entertainment was just as impressive—relaxing, enjoyable, and the perfect way to wind down each day.Cleopatra Luxury Resorts offered a truly memorable and luxurious experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.
1. Pool Heating: One of the main disappointments was that the pool heating was turned off when daylight savings began. This significantly reduced our ability to enjoy the pools, especially during the cooler mornings and evenings. It would be highly beneficial if at least one pool remained slightly heated year-round to accommodate guests who prefer warmer water. Unfortunately, when this concern was raised, the staff seemed resistant to the idea of reinstating the heating, which was frustrating.2. Limited Children’s Activities: The entertainment and activities for children during the day were very limited. There was a noticeable lack of organised poolside games or engaging sessions at the Hippo Club. Introducing one or two daily activities—such as crafts, active play, or themed games—would greatly enhance the experience for families and keep younger guests entertained during the day.
Bad experience overall
A Nightmare Disguised as a "Resort" – Avoid at All Costs!I recently stayed at this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh with my wife, expecting a relaxing getaway, but what we experienced was beyond appalling. Every aspect of this so-called “resort” reeks of negligence, false advertising, and outright incompetence. Here’s a detailed breakdown of our disastrous stay:1. The Room: A Motel-Level Horror ShowThe room was a masterclass in cheap, shoddy design. The main door had a rusted, peeling lock that looked like it belonged in a budget motel. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut—it automatically swung open due to faulty hinges, and the shower door leaked violently, flooding the entire floor every time we tried to bathe. The balcony door was equally absurd: once closed from the outside, there was no handle to reopen it, trapping us outside until we figured out a makeshift solution. The “decor” was laughably sparse, with cracked walls and furniture that felt like it had been salvaged from a garage sale.2. Toxic Air & Hazardous ACUpon entering the room, we were hit by a strong, pungent odor of cheap paint that burned our eyes and throats. After just one night, both my wife and I woke up with severe dizziness, headaches, and sore throats—clear signs of chemical exposure. The air conditioning was equally disastrous: it alternated between blasting arctic-level gusts or shutting off completely, with no middle setting. Sleeping was impossible.3. Dilapidated Public Areas & Broken FacilitiesThe hotel’s neglect extended beyond the rooms. Hallways were perpetually under “maintenance,” with ladders, tools, and half-fixed doors blocking pathways. The smell of fresh paint (likely masking mold or decay) lingered everywhere. Most elevators were mysteriously “out of order,” forcing guests to navigate labyrinthine detours just to reach their rooms. Even the lobby’s grand chandelier had missing bulbs and dangling wires—a fitting symbol of the hotel’s overall decay....
The staff are cautious and facilities is well maintained
The food had plenty variety but most tasted bland
The food and drinks were excellent, especially the bbq. 2 Heated pools.Smiling staff.Activities during the day for families.Beach was clean.Room size and its facilities are excellent for a family of 5 ( 3 children below 5years old).Staff is very helpful. Evening entertainment is nice.
Sea food A La Cart doesn't have much variety. Kids club should have longer hours. The infinity pool isn't heated.
We felt completely safe in the hotel. Everyone was kind and courteous. Manager Mohamed and his colleagues at the reception was very attentive to us, for which we were grateful. The restaurant had a great selection, even in the last 10 minutes... Clean and tidy garden, well equipped gym, free sunbeds and umbrellas, polite waiter serving all day by the pool and on the beach.Everything was provided for a relaxing stay, we must return next year!
The food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) was fantastic. The features of the hotel (pool, beach, bar, entertainment) are all so classy and help make a relaxing, luxury, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were outstandingly helpful.
Nothing at all
Staff were amazing! Food was great! Location is perfect!
Animation team were very unfriendly and didn't like children. They generally seemed to hate their jobs. The entertainment and animation team was disappointing.
Hands down one of my best stays so far. From the moment we arrived to the departure everything was amazing. The staff were excellent, especially Ahmed Naser the shift leader at reception who upgraded our room to a beautiful suite with a stunning view! All the restaurant and kitchen staff were exceptional and friendly. The rooms were big and very clean, modern and bathroom essentials provided daily. 10/10 for cleanliness and 10/10 for food. We had all inclusive but missed it some nights however they provided a good variety of meals and desserts. Also, the cocktails were exceptional especially at the Pool Bar. Thank you to Sinai the Spa staff and the lovely ladies who did our massage. The hotel grounds are amazing and enough space, pools, and activities for everyone. The Wi-Fi was great connected even on the beach! Honestly, I do not have enough words to say how amazing it was. There is also a night club which closes at 2am. Football is shown on the big screen and kids clubs, adult entertainment outdoors which was fun and good music! There are also shops in the hotel and amazing perfumes etc and shops walking distance from the hotel. In terms of activities & airport pick up, we booked most through Booking.com. Everything is charged in dollars, euros, or pounds, so I advise to change to Egyptian currency to spend less. TAKE CASH WITH YOU. There is an amazing guy Mumud I think his name is at the taxi stand who is amazing. And the tour providers in the hotel are also amazing! I will be back again for longer. I highly recommend you experience cleopatra at least once in a lifetime. They deserve 10 STARS!
