The hotel is nice and clean

The location is not safe for travelers and traffic makes it hard to get to the airport and expensive.

Everything. roof top remarkable. Sensational 360 view of Rio. Only one other higher building around.

The receptionists were very friendly, understanding our frustration with the place.

Location very bad;I had to rent two rooms, because they don’t have a room for 4people. We didn’t feel safe leaving our daughters in a separated room, so everybody had to sleep in two single beds. The other room, even though was rented, somebody entered in there without knocking the door.We had a power outage, and they don’t have a generator. We stayed without power for about 20Minutes.I don’t recommend it.

Breakfast was very good and complete. The personal is very nice. The terrace area is the best part, with the swimming pool and the views. It is very close to the airport.

There are only vending machines in the night, even for water. The fridge in the room was too noisy, I had to disconnect it to get to sleep.

The bed is very comfortable.

Staff is very unprepared to deal with customers. There is no smile, no friendliness and no empathy at all.In addition, breakfast is average.

The room was much better than expected for a hotel close to the airport for our early flight out. The towels were new and fresh , better than most five star hotels. The sheets were also very clean. The bathroom was newly renovated and very clean. The staff were so kind and helpful.

The lobby was not as good as the rooms but we didn’t mind since we didn’t spend much time in the lobby.

Unfortunately I can not say what kind of positive side has Mont Blanc Suites Duque de Caxias because I did not spent there more then 5min.On arrival, I was waiting in front of entrance for more then 10 min tried contact with an owner ,when she finally answered on call to my girlfriend ,she did not believe she has guests on the firs day of Xmas.She was drunk hence communication was very difficult and apart of that she was quarrelling with her(husband or partner ) in front of my girlfriend.My partner was afraid and scared because she was imaged what eals she can expected to be happaning,hence she left this place immediate.Afterthought she called to me and ask to look for anther stay in anther place.

I liked how secure it was and how the rooms were modern and clean

everything, the place is amazing. pool is great, staff is more than good, they treat us very nice and we arrived at different times during late night and super early morning and staff was welcoming and doing a quick check in. we rested great and the included breakfast is like a buffet. outstanding, really.

Good breakfast, the cleaning lady was nice, the beds were comfortable.

Small bathroom, purposefully not shown in the pictures, dirty room, too much noise from outside.

Beatrice the host was amazing! She arranged a great private boat tour for us!
