- This hotel never recovered from the pandemic. It is grossly understaffed. The restaurant has been moved into converted guest rooms on the 7th floor. The service is slow, there are not enough tables at breakfast and the breakfast and evening buffet food runs out. Expect long waits for the elevators and budget for half an hour at least for checkout at 08:30.
- Information incoherent about breakfast between what the front desk says, what says in the signs on the elevator and the actual hotel brochure on Google drive (mostly around location and times). I was the first at the breakfast room and there was only bread, cheese, ham and eggs to eat at 5am. The dinner I ordered was sweet despite expensive, I wouldn recommend.

The room smelled musty, scratches all over the walls. Halls smelled of cigarettes. I picked this property because it was a Wyndam property and in the US that's a great name. In Brazil not so much.
