Bad holiday with bad room and AC was not functioning

The room was upstairs and we are senior citizens i had my mother with me and she is 80 years old. It was painful to get her to go up and down the room. The tiles in the bathroom are slippery. I had to spread towels to prevent everyone from falling. No hangers. No closet. No iron. No tea making kettle.

The facilities is there. Got cleaner, coway, pool, parking is available. Staff is helping and friendly. Got cafe. Kuala berang is dead at night. Good to have cafe.

The room we get is quite old. Got spores here and there. We can get sick if we stay longer. No ventilation. Our room is facing dirty area and no way i would open up our window. Quite smelly during rainy days

The location and room size.

The staff not friendly at all and the toilet was dirty. The aircond was noisy .

The room is quite big with two queen beds.

There was no place to hang clothes.The ac temp can not be adjusted.The pool side was not cleaned. Used tissue and food wrappers littered the place.

I liked that it was a boutique hotel with breakfast provided. (But you have to click breakfast option before 11 pm the night before)

I feel like maintenance could be better. The tv in my room did not function properly but could not be repaired. There were millipedes in the bathroom.

Good location near city and shop..Get own parking lot

Maybe not my luck at that day.. btw i pay rm150 + for a room, my wife n 2 child..but room have dust and tv on that room broken, cnt hear sound..and staf not give me explaination about this hotel (benefit/or other facility )..And wifi not connected to internet..no internet access at this hotel..Pool maybe can danger you if u not carefull (pool mossaic was broken and all around upper corner pool sharp cause only mossaic not tiles corner cover)

Location is strategic, convenient stores around. Staff is helpful.

Few things to improve:1. Cleanliness (wipe the table top & mop the floor)2. Repair the leaking pipe3. Add more extension plug4. Add more hooks to hang our clothes

This hotel was beautifully designed with the unique combination of modern and traditional design. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. This is the place to go if you want to get away from it all. Highly recommended.

Comfy room for my baby. We love swimming pool as well. breakfast so yummehhh

The pool & breakfast is quite good!

The toilet was smelly, the bed was a bit hard & uncomfortable, please provide floor mat in front of the toilet next time, it was so slippery. The staffs could be a bit more friendly or at least smile to the customers.

the minimalist concept. simple and nice . feeling like at home during breakfast. We are served with delicious local food, complete with 2 heavy meals, juice drink/ hot drink andl also kuih muih..

tv channel is not working very well.. sound not ok. Only astro citra is ok..

No privasi @ glassdoor ? pool.very noisy early in t morning @ kitchen.loud music#hindusong, very annoying heard from kitchen area.Poor maintenance.

For double room is to small and not clean

The location is just nice. The bed was comfy. It prepares sejadah for you to pray. There are sink outside of the toilet so we can wash our face while queuing for the bathroom. The wardrobe is just a piece of board put together. So it was nice if you just went there only to sleep.

For the breakfast. The staff didn't take into account for it's cleanliness. The kaya and planta was moldy. The fries was full with ants. The iron board was full with holes, so need to cover it up before using it.

Bilik family, luas.. ada breakfast nasi dagang, not bad.. pool best juga

The stay was good and value for the price. The air conditioning was very good, if anything too cold even after adjusting the temperature.

The only issue was a slight musty odour probably from the condensation in the room but it was not a problem for me.

Everything okay..comfortable..clean pool..
