Haven Holiday Resort Sussex Inlet

Location is great as it is surrounded by forest and beaches. It is still relatively close to civilizations and Jervis bay. I like the trampolines for kids, and the pool, as well as several BBQs. The house was really clean and nice. Great place to spend time with family.

The house could be equipped better, like kitchen paper towels, normal packaging of dish soap, better frying pans and bigger cooking pots. Also it would be nicer if they used fitted sheets and duvet covers instead of two strait sheets.

Great location for a quite & peaceful holiday, away from city crowd and noises. Great local town nearby and good fishing points nearby.

After evening there were no lights nearby and it is scary to sit outside near pool in the dark. The town is too small and quite and there is not much to do after evening.The access to beach was closed, so we could not go fishing using resort's access.

Awful, would never return.

Very unclean, for example dirty stained pillows on beds, carpets filthy around edges of room, damp hard as rock covers on bed, dirty blankets, not enough seats on lounge, no tin opener, filthy mops etc stored at the bottom of the stairs went entering, not been dusted properly.

Lovely location, spacious rooms

The wifi connection was poor, the broom had been left outside in the rain so we couldn't use it to sweep up the sand, the shower pressure was poor and the battery in the fan control was flat so we couldn't turn on the fan.

Room was clean, spacious and good for money we spent

WiFi was terrible. As the mobile coverage was bad in the area, we expected some good WiFi connection but it's getting dropped out so many times. At night, it was completely dark outside, no lights and it was scary to go outside as the area was snake habitat.

This holiday spot is beautiful. The property is by the water with easy access to a secluded beach. The accommodation was big enough for our family, with a deck and undercover parking.The play area was suitable for kids all ages!

Great location

Frying pan was unusable. Toaster continually tripped the meter. Only a three seater lounge for six people. No BBQ tongs. No oven trays. No wear to hang cloths upstairs. Unclean.

Location is good and very quiet. nice beaches not too far to drive either.

I've stayed at this resort before, 2 years ago and I forgot how when you check out, they expect you to clean the apartment, strip the beds...basically everything short of washing and remaking the beds. This is unacceptable when you're on a holiday...also due to this i'm suspecting that whoever comes in to remake the beds, CLEAN NOTHING hence the apartment had a mouse (which was fun to try and get rid of). The dining table was very sticky and the floors could do with a mop.

The upstairs apartments were difficult to have a group together. The laundry only took $1 coins and did not have a coin dispenser to be able to change.

House was well maintained with necessary things, beds was ok. Only the wifi wasn't working. Phone reception was really bad on this area , plus no internet.

The place needed tissues and cob webs needed a clean

Great two bedroom apartment with all the appliances and amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Pool was clean and heated. Set on the inlet that had a small sandy beach to swim or fish. Very quiet with a lot of birds. Short drive to town.

We had the 3 rm villaThere were 7 of us - not enough lounge space to watch a movie together It was comfy but not enough seats

During my recent stay at unit 8, I noticed that tissues were not provided, which we were unaware of beforehand. As a result, we had to make an additional trip to the supermarket. For enhanced guest convenience, I would like to suggest that tissues be included in the list of amenities provided in the units.
