- The whole Capua buildig looks and smells like an old museum. The room was not clean with dirty carpets. Old and uncomfortable bed, old and muggy furniture. Noisy air conditioner 1,5 meters from the pillow of my bed made it impossible to sleep. Terrace with dead flowers and uncomfortable chairs. Nothing close to a 4 star hotel.
- It was a bit of a treck across several hotels to check in to the Palazzo and to then get back to use the restaurants and the other facilities. However, our bags were moved for us, so not really a problem.

The location is excellent close enough to get around the island. Charles on the front desk is so helpful and friendly, all the staff were excellent and go out of their way to ensure you have a good stay. Would recommend.
Our suite was very nice for a one night stay. The air con was fab, really effective and not too noisey and very much needed in blistering August temperatures. The bed was very comfortable and having the slightly seperate lounge area was useful. Nice big bathroom with all the basics. The location was very good for visiting neighbouring Valletta and Sliema. The car park underneath was very useful as it's very difficult to park in the street if you are not a resident with a permit. Very welcoming and friendly staff.
