Just over a quarter mile from Sliema's bus terminus and Valletta Ferry, The Palace is a 5-star hotel with a rooftop spa with infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Most rooms have a balcony with views of Valletta and the harbor. The Palace has spacious, air-conditioned rooms with a smart TV with over 70 HD international channels, a minibar, and a tea-and-coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas and in all rooms. There's a choice of 2 restaurants at The Palace, the top-floor restaurant specializing in Asian cuisine, and the second one in Mediterranean classics. The hotel is 5 miles from Malta Airport, and the capital Valletta is only a 20-minute drive away.

- Location was excellent, and the parking garage under the hotel was super-convenient and a huge bargain. The room was beautiful, including a stunning view from the balcony. Staff were uniformly friendly and welcoming at all times and everywhere.
- Location was great, 5 minute walk to the waterfront. Lovely welcoming reception from the staff, they were really lovely and gave us a great first impression.
- Don't let google street view fool you, this hotel by far exceeded my expectations in facilities and staff.
Cons -
- Air conditioning doesn't go very low.
- No window to the outside. Hot water was yellow.
