Belle Boutique

- one of the best hotels we've stayed in: beautiful, clean, very well equipped, comfortable- the breakfast was quite rich and fresh- the check-in process was extremely practical and easy, and so was the communication with the hosts- central Sliema location, close to stores and public transport

- the waterv in the shower took quite a long time to heat up- the TV had issues connecting with the phone

This boutique hotel was a beautiful building and on a quiet street with a short walk to the promenade and water and restaurants. You have to check yourself in and we found the process easy enough. The breakfast was delicious.

There was no elevator so you have to be able to carry your luggage upstairs. The room was pretty and the bed comfortable but there were some frustrating things I found with the room. If you wanted to charge your phone beside your bed, you had to unplug the bedside light and then you didn’t have the bedside light. There was no shelf or counter in the bathroom so you had to keep your toiletries outside the bathroom and go back and forth with your things to get ready. Also, because you can’t have plugs in the bathroom, you have to do your hair in the room but there was no mirror in the room and the plugs were near the floor so I had to do my hair blindly while sitting on the floor. These are things that I think can be easily addressed to make things easier for the traveller, a shelf in the bathroom, a mirror in the room and an extra plug by the bed for charging phones.

Good location, near to bus stops in Sliema to get to Valletta, Airport and Ferry terminal.Huge room, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

Very noisy in the evening. Building is part of a terrace and the stairwell in the adjacent building is right next to Room 5. You can hear the banging of doors and shouting that can go on for hours!Also. there is evidence of water damage to room 5 that has warped the wooden floors making it uncomfortable to walk on.

There is a bit of wet plaster in the bathroom, but it didn’t affect anything. Just looks like it had had a leak at some time.

The property was great. Great location and Nataša was super lovely. She was very helpful and neat. Breakfast was served fresh every morning. Would come back!

The lack of windows in our room. At times felt too dark.

Comfortable room (room number 5 on 2 floor). Location near promenade near sea. Near bus stops. Clear check in and out. Safe location. Staff was useful. Breakfast was same every day, but excellent . There was a coffee maker and kettle in the room.

Dampness and smell in the room and the mattresses were worn out. Water dripped from the ceiling onto the table.

The room was perfectly sized for two people and very clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was really good. The staff were super nice and very attentive. The hotel is well located in a quiet area, which was ideal for relaxing, and check-in was quick and easy thanks to the self-service machine.

Great place to stay, close to Valletta but not so expensive. Bus stops very close to the hotel. Very good breakfast, I loved the fried eggs, perfect! And good coffee. Spatious room with a tub, TV and air conditioning. Definitely worth a recommendation.

The lady who helped us when we arrived and was responsible for breakfast and cleaning, was very kind. She was always smiling and was willing to help us with everything we needed ❤️Breakfast had not many things but it was OK for everyone. Whether you wanted something sweet or not, you could find something tasty to eat.. Also the room was the most comfortable room, we have left in out trips .. Well done Belle Boutique ?? If we come back to Malta , you would be our first choice ❤️

Belle Boutique in Sliema was the perfect place to stay! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The place is spotlessly clean, and our room was spacious, with a big, comfortable bed and a lovely dressing area. The host was warm and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were even allowed to check in early, which was a huge bonus. The breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious cooked option every morning, alongside a great continental selection. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely stay again!

The location, the staff, the breakfast were fantastic, we loved them!It is absolutely enough for a one week trip!

There wasn't natural light in our room.

Price was good and location was decent.

Arrived late and used the self check in however the cards provided would not open the door and we had to call a number. The person on the other end was not the most apologetic or accommodating. The breakfast was very poor, we only had it the first 2 of 5 mornings. The room had an air con system which could not be turned off and was not necessary for the time of year. Advised the hotel that it was making noise at night and causing sickness. It would take ages for anyone to respond or else they wouldn’t respond. In the end one of us had bad sore throat from it and it was only sorted on last night. It really impacted the trip and No manager or owner around or available at any point and left to the cleaners to deal with complaints, with no intervention or contact from anyone else at any stage. Very poor service. Beds are also very hard.

What a hidden gem this is. Upon arrival we gained access to our fab room with such ease. Everything we needed was there to hand. The room had been pre heated as was a bit chilly at night. We stayed in many hotels and guest houses and this was just perfect.Natasha took great care of us and is a credit to this little boutique.We cannot wait to return.

Stayed for 4 nights. Room big, well decorated and clean. Breakfast was nice too. Staff very welcoming. The only thing I might like to see, is small fridge in the room.
