- The food, the drinks and the beach .
- I loved the free cocktail reception. The bartender's were friendly and they made great recommendations. We also had an opportunity to dine in the restaurant and the food was delicious.
- Free breakfast every morning and drinks every evening
Cons -
- Embassy Suites hotel in Dorado is a disaster. It smells bad, it's dirty, and the mattresses should be reported to the Department of Health in Puerto Rico and the relevant agencies. It is unhygienic. The mattresses are old and torn in many places.
- Rooms need urgent upgrades, rugs need to be steamed cleaned ,,furniture replaced and pool area need more lounging chairs and paint .
- Unprofessional manager, rude security staff, acting acting like a gang at a supposedly nice Hotel. They Totally ruined my experience. Very disappointed with the way the manager try to solve a situation. Not a good experience!
