Very tiny room, super miniature sink (very uncomfortable), small bathroom and narrow toilet seat. The breakfast was 18 EUR and did not meet the expectations in terms of products and choice. Issues with the AirCo (initially not working). After it was fixed, this was quite noisy. For the same period of time, in a different city (Gorinchem) in same country (the Netherlands), for the same price, the other hotel's rooms, facilities and breakfast were much better than this one.

The bathroom's grill was blocked, which is a sign that it is not constantly cleaned. The rooms were too small and the beds were not comfortable at all.

Besides the friendly staff, nothing else is good

I cannot mention something that I liked! Everything was acceptable.

The location of the hotel is close to a railway and there is a lot of noise if your room is position on the back side of the hotel. The sink basin the bathroom is very tight and in addition the mirror shelf is so close to it that you basically cannot wash your face without washing your feet too!Don't look for the bathroom light switch close to bathroom door,...that is for a room lamp! What are you looking is on the room wall!!!!

For Dutch standards a reasonable price. Large room, soft mattress, TV with many channels and blue tooth connection to phone. Protected private parking

Room odour; everything somewhat dated...needs a refresh. No cotton bed linen but polyester. Limited TV channels Mon- Fri. breakfast only until 9am

everything except the noise was good

The hotel was very noisy. a) the railway line is close to the room with trains all night b) the upstairs room was making alot of moise by scraping on the floor. Obviously the sound proffing is not good. My wife couldnt sleep properly. The noise was unaccpetable!

My kids enjoyed billiards a lot.

I ate breakfast at 9:00 on our second day. Not so many items were available. Recommend go breakfast earlier.

Restaurant foot is on the fatty side.I went in winter so heating for the room was hit or miss.

Heater was working really really less and room were getting cold by windows nonstop

Clean, comfortable and friendly professional staff. Single beds quite small but comfortable. Good shower in compact bathroom. Good breakfast selection with fresh fruit and option of cooked to order eggs. Short walk to Zoetermeer East station for good access to The Hague.

The breakfast window view is of a lorry park, McDonalds and a road but you probably aren't staying here on your holidays so that isn't particularly important.

Breakfast very nice - good selection - room was very good - shower was excellent - however the kerb edge was not high enough and water flowed over it wet the toilet floor.

On some evenings certain items on the menu were not available - even when you came in early to eat

There was just a real small window which couldn’t be opened full and there was no airco. It was really hot eventually.

We had to stay near our family in Zoetermeer because their small flat could not accommodate us. It was very convenient . We loved the staff nothing was too much for them. Thanks Nikki, George, Robby and Demi at breakfast. You all made our stay wonderful lots of kind personal attention. All hotel staff should be line this super friendly gave us a farewell gift’

This is nobody’s fault but the elevator was broken and we were on the 6 th floor .
