Pros +

This is a room in a big private house, where the hosts live themselves. They are very kind and helpful people. Additional bonus is the big terrace on the 2nd floor where you can enjoy the city view.

Cons -

The directions on how to get to the hotel should be better. When I asked the hosts they told the bus 450. However, the bus doesn't go to the very centre of Yerevan, therefore I still had to take a taxi. Afterwards I learned from the other guests that there are many better opportunities to get to the hotel. I came to the hotel after a long and hot day, yet there was no electricity and therefore also no water in the whole district. Thank's God everything was repaired in a few hours.
