Location

No lift / dirty under bed / sloping floor. Husband had severe stroke in June 2025 and lack of lift was problem .

Good location in Woerden. OK breakfast. Clean functional rooms. Nothing extra but nothing bad either.

The room was well fitted for a disabled person. My partner sits in a wheelchair and there was enough space both in the bedroom and the bathroom.

Very friendly staff.

Good breakfast, except they don’t know how to do bacon, it all crumbled when you try to pick it up with a fork, this was every day!

One day they forgot to change the towels and they did not add creamer to the coffee supplies after day one.

The staff were correct, friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was a good standard breakfast with a nice spread of cold meats and cheeses to choose from especially, plus a lovely canal view in the dining space. My night was very quiet and i had a good sleep here. The location is great, close to the station and to the charming town of Woerden.

Could not get the online check-in process to work, and i tested it on several devices. However, the staff were super helpful in offering a solution when I called!Parking space is limited. As some other guests have said, the bathrooms are indeed dated and not the cleanest. Mine had mold and hard water stains, plus what I think was the remnant of someone's shaving stubble in the sink. A little more care with cleaning, or an update to the bathroom spaces, would make a big difference.

Rooms were of a reasonable size and included a mini-fridge and coffee/tea maker. The shower was in a nice physical nook and did not splash water into the rest of the bathroom, unlike most other European hotel rooms.

The soap was in odd squeeze bottles that required one hand to squeeze quite a bit in order to get soap to come out. A refillable pump style would be much easier to use.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the train station, easy to get trains to bigger cities directly from here. Short and scenic walk into the town centre from the hotel.

Room wasn't very clean on check in, drinks spilt on bedside table and someone else's rubbish in the fridge.Very expensive breakfast.

Close to station for Amsterdam, also convenient for Keukenhof

Parking

It was near the party we were going to. The heater in the bathroom. The 24 hr reception and bar.

It was smelly. The coffee in the room was not refilled. The room was very small. The dustbin in the bathroom was not emptied.

Good value for money. The room was clean and neat. Staff were very friendly.

Bed was comfortable and staff was very supportive.

Cost to money is not good.

The parking is very tiny and with only a few spots so it was not possible to park the car. A bit pricey.

Housekeeping forgot to clean our room one day. Staff very apologetic.

Comfy beds, clean facilities, friendly Staff: Shoutout to Dachmar, Aladdin and Jeff, made our stay way more fun. Its close to the Station and the city center, so if you are interested in going to Woerden, this should be your place. Also great base for day trips to Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht or Amsterdam

Why did we chose to go to Woerden? No idea. Did we spend new years talking to the madlad Aladdin because nothing in Woerden was open and he's a good lad? Yes, it was really fun. Hotel was great though, just the breakfast is way too expensive, like 17 euros? Is it made of Gold? I dont know we didnt try it.

Very nice, clean hotel, delicious breakfast. Without any problems, we got an upgrade from 2 to 3 persons.

Heating and air-conditioning were making weird noise at night, and I always sleep very lightly, so it was disturbing. Also, finding a parking spot was a challenge.

When ask for pint of beer ...It was less than 3 quaters...I pay for a pint so i should receive a full pint. i mention to bar tender

Superb location with 2 minute walk to train station and 5 min walk to the historic centre of Woerden. Nice comfy large bed and cotton sheets, large window in our room next to the canal.

Under the beds were dirty ( you see this when you check the room before you leave to check you've not left anything) and also I don't believe we were allocated the class of room we booked. In the pictures our room had a working desk and a couch and a double basin but we didn't get this. I did not complain about this as we were exhausted.

The room we received wasn't the same as we booked. The photos in our booking had two basins in the bathroom and a small couch but this was not in the room.

Very nice room, quiet, comfortable. The underground parking is paid but you can park for free next to the front door. There are two charging stations there
