Area was great and great location

Very bad parking up down 3 sets off stairs ,signes to apartment was all grown over by bush couldn't no see wear to go stairs case to our room was very dirty needs a good clean

No water no breakfast had no shower left early to find a toilet. No refund worst experience in a hotel No apologies and still they have not responded to my email with major complaint

We had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready the bathroom was dirty, pubic hair in shower and over toiletPrevious guest belongings were left in the room, including a vape (e cigarette) was not allowed a late checkout due to late check-in

Great location, lovely views, excellent swimming pool. Upgraded to a large family room.

Reception closed at times and therefore it was difficult to contact them when we had a small problem needing to be sorted.

I took my 11 years old daughter and it was safe and so relaxing. My purpose was to make a memory with my daughter while let her rest before her school starts. My daughter enjoyed the pool so much. I let my daughter sleep during the hot hours then she got out and play in the pool again and again. Overall we had a great time. Thanks for the experience.

Bad

The tap didnt work to wash our hands, we had no shower curtain for the shower and we had cochroaches. Was not a good experience at all.

Bathroom mould and mildew.Large cockroach in room.Reported view of lake very very misleading.Cobwebs on inside of sliding door to balcony. Balcony in desperate need of cleaning and painting. 40th birthday party being held and music was deafening and far above level needed.

The position suited us.

The bathroom was dirty. The basin was cracked the shower needed a clean with exit mould and the room in general was down at heel and dirty. Would not stop their again.We left early we were so disappointed.

Great location, great pool and grounds, walking distance to everything

The rooms are being refurbished and we were supposed to be in one of those ... pipes were exposed, there was no doorstep, the bathroom door slats were broken and the tv tiny, non-existant view of back of a sign...They checked us into the wrong rooms, then moved our items to a new room, passports, laptops, valuables etc while we were out and left the new room key on the doorstep! Not great with a fully booked hotel.They also mislaid items and reception shut at 5pm, so noone to help. The night manager didnt respond at all.There was no food or restaurant as it was being refurbed too....really disappointing

Room wasn’t ready upon check in. After a full day travelling I then had to wait over an hour. King bed was two singles pushed together that came apartMaybe river views 30 years agoShowers are useless

The location the pool the wifi

Nothing critical , just a long walk to the pool if you’re having trouble walking

Scenery being around nature.Located near local club and pub and parks with bbqs.Staff were friendly and helpful.

The extremely loud music being played by other guests by the pool it was making our room vibrate,Not to mention the pile of dead flies on the window seals The dangerous looking hand rails that had rotted away only being held together by the paint The moss covered paths on the rainy day made it very slippery

A lovely acreage location on the river, very close to the center of town and everything you need. Beautiful big swimming pool and our unit was very roomy with lovely views.

Room 408 was great, and it was lovely to have an end room, but the nearest parking spot was too far away, and it was very awkward, carrying all our stuff downstairs and along narrow paths and upstairs. Considering how large this property is, it would be relatively simple to create parking much nearer to these end buildings

Check in and suitable room.

Staff were so accommodating and provided a good location for a conference call. The convenient location near a pub and club and breakfast venue was a real plus!

The room was lovely, comfortable bed and clean. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. Would recommend a stay here, very relaxing.

The pool needed a clean, too many feathers for me to want to go for a swim. Mosquitos came in through the vertical part of door frame, so I was bitten all over my face under the sheets. Unfortunately one got infected and I ended up in hospital with cellulitis. Fans really need to be put in the rooms to stop the mosquitos as I’m allergic to sprays. Or recommend a mosquito zapper that I managed to get day 3. Otherwise everything was perfect and a beautiful place.
