Location, staff friendly. Easy walking to main street for good knees! Great views!

This property is in the perfect location, and Lorenzo is the perfect host! We arrived by e bike and he accommodated all our needs. Gorgeous!

The location was beautiful, much better than some of the areas seen when booking, however there are lots of stairs to get to Corso Umberto. Parking our car on the street was easy and no cost. Breakfast was good.

The location is just one minute to the church, the breakfast restaurant view is so good that I didn't want to leave. The staff were very nice. Thank you ?

We had a fantastic room, with a terrace overlooking the Modica centre and just under the Duomo. The room is nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast was good - nothing to write home about, but adequate. The staff were very friendly. You have to be careful when accessing the hotel by car. Parking could be a problem. Do not go into the small street leading to the hotel if you drive a big car!

Washhand basin located in the bedroom - just over the bed's headboard. Not really the ideal place! When designing the layouts of the room, it could have been easily integrated into the shower closet segment of the room!

Great location in center of Modica, just below steps up to Duomo; views from room over city. Great staff, Lorenzo & Litton who answered our questions about city. Hotel had artsy, unique decor + each room a different theme. Balcony with view.Elevator to get guests from check in to 2nd, 3rd floors.

Maintenance did not seem to be a priority. In fact, hotel seemed to be run down. We upgraded to room with two double beds but this ‘classic’ room had no view & 2nd bed was in loft with no furniture. So we stayed in room originally booked (queen + a twin stuck in corner). Room was small, bathroom also small with loose toilet seat, tank constantly running, shower had strange shower-head suspended from hi ceiling. Bathroom sink was in glass anteroom with faucet mounted on corner that sprayed water on counter. Messy and not hygienic.

The location is very good and the views are incredible. The staff were very helpful and offered parking close by. They had good recommendations for restaurants nearby.

The room didn’t feel like it was 4* standard.

The breakfast was very good. The breakfast room had some great rainbow prisms that added additional beauty to the room (pictures below). The artwork was a pleasure to see. There are A LOT of steps going down to the main road, but the views of the town and church (from the top and bottom) were incredible.The staff were great, the room were very unique, and it was a great location.

The "road" that took you down to the front of the hotel is easy to miss, and not much signage. Be careful missing it - turn around BEFORE you get to the top of the "main" road.

Like the view from our room...and the lady in the reception was very helpful.

Breakfast... nothing hot...such as boiled, scrambled eggs or omelette.The hotel has around 150 steps to Modica bassa and that is a lot to do twice daily, when you're going upstairs.

The view from the balcony is everything. This is actually the only reason we enjoyed our stay here, it was absolutely amazing. You could see the whole city, beautiful in the morning, when the sun just rose, and at night with all the little lights everywhere. There was also a mini fridge (from the stone age) which kept our drinks semi-cold. Better than having no fridge ;)

The room was incredibly dated and quite filthy. A brick in a bag (literally) held the toilet in place, so it wouldn't come down from the wall if you sat on it. The lights were very weird, buttons everywhere, and which button did what was a guessing game, it felt like rocket science. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, breakfast was scarce (although coffee was good), the beds weren't comfortable, and I could go on..

Great location with a breathtaking views up on the hills.Breakfast was beautiful I loved a many different pastry options. It was delicious.Stanning view from my room and from the breakfast room.Staff very helpful I can not thank you enough for they help organising a taxi for me.

Only the mattress was hard for me otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was interesting in design and concept. our room (BladeRunner) was a bit tired and could do with a bit of refurbishment. the idea of having the sink right by the top of the bed was interesting. we also had an extra single bed in our room for some reason. The room was clean which is the main thing. However, the view from the room was spectacular both day and night. and the location of the hotel was excellent.but the room can't live on a view for ever. Breakfast was continental and good. Staff, Mara, Liton and Lorenzo were very nice and very helpful. the best chocolate shop in Modica was right across the road too!We would recommend for short stays, and will stay again when we visit Sicily again.

The hotel was a bit tired in places.We were led to believe there was a terrace bar from Bookings photos and a restaurant, but neither were there. bit disappointing.

Location is excellent, view is spectacular, the staff is friendly.

Lighting in the bathroom. it is dark, could not do my make up. I was missing a kettle to boil some water for tea.

Awesome location in Modica, good beds and lots of towels - breakfast was fine and coffee was great.

Air conditioning did not go below 25C, fridge was warm, no glasses in room. I had booked the room because of the pictures from booking.com and did not get a room anywhere like it, very small and needed upgrading. But was only staying one night so didn’t bother with it.

Amazing location. A beautiful view of the Duomo and the city from my little balcony. My room was very nice, modern, and clean. Highly recommend.
