Nice pool. Great facility. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Poor signage made it hard to find when google signal lost. 4 pm late for check in.

Good italian breakfast with eggs and bacon. The room is very nice. The location is good, quiet and the most important touristic sites can be easily reached by car. The proximity of the city Modica. A very nice city where lots of things are to see, with good restaurants. Friendly hostess and staff.

I think the owner better leaves the word "Relax" out of his title. The very nice swimming pool is not only for the guests of the B&B. Every day there is a group of youngsters or families from the neighborhood who comes to the pool for their fun. The worst was on sunday: 20 people with young kids, loud music. We (the guests of the B&B) hadn't even no more beach chairs. There is nothing mentioned on their website (nor these of Booking.com). So be warned if you want a "Relax" B&B.

May 2023 - Giorgo the owner was nice, the room and bathroom were super clean! The house is really nice. The swimming pool looked amazing but we did not use it because of the weather. Breakfast was good and with a variety of options. We would definitely come back!It is just 10-15 mins away from Modica and the roads are in good quality. It is a nice opportunity to sightsee the fields around this area.

The location, away from the hectic life. All peaceful and quiet. The owners, Roberto and Giorgio were super nice and the food was cooked just for us. A really fresh delicious meal.

Young staff, that welcomed us to share their dinner! They were grilling meat and eating Sicilian bakes and they insisted on us joining them. We really appreciated as we arrived late to book a table in a restaurant.

Tre Balate Resort is located in the countryside, apart from the crowded cities of the coast. Very close to Modica (only 10 minutes by car), it is in a strategical location to reach all the main cities and villages of Sicilia Iblea (the south-east area of the region, full of art art history). All the best beaches of the Tirrenic and Ionic side are within reach! It’s the best solution if you want a peaceful retirement after long days of exploring and swimming, with good food and kind people.

Besides the façade everything else needs some improvement and maintenance. The room was without windows
