- The luxury in this Borgo is too much. The enormous pool is one of the largest ever seen.
- One of the largest pools and largest area of all hotels. The parking is so convinced as the car could be parked at the side of your room. There are plenty of shopping apparel in the area .AG supermarket with the least prices. The oak furniture and marble floor are luxurious. It wasn't our first time there. We've been there several times.
Cons -
- Extra payments for pool area €30 per room When it was windu and we only wanted to stay for about 2 hrs
- The breakfast. After being there for several years almost 20 times the least the breakfast never improved. No scrambled eggs, bacon, ricotta or tomatoes. In all these years we've never been asked to pay for the sunbeds but this year we're asked to pay €10 a day to use them.
- The cleanliness is poor, the lobby should be shining, it got dust all over. The chandeliers are so nice yet are dusted and the surrounding needs a good cleansing with a hoover from all the leaves. The window glasses full finger marks and opaque not clean.Who cleanses our floor should be dismissed from work. The floor was clouded opaque cleaned with dirty water and furniture wasn't polished It's a shame a great hotel with all the luxury not spotlessly cleaned. There are lots out there who want to work The breakfast should be a little better than it is. Just some tomatoes and scrambled eggs added to the sliced cheese and ham. Especially when there will be European guests outside Italian guests as they won't have continental breakfast. The cleanliness instead of improving especially in furniture and glass is going worse.

Cleanliness and staff friendliness were impeccable. The room is a bit dated but all things are functional and super clean. Nice fresh towels every day and the floors are cleaned daily too. Parking was great. I could park my car outside my apartment. The location is on the outskirts of Modica, taking only a few minutes to commute to the city center.
1st surprise we had was that the pool was not free. They requested €20 pp per day. For 3 days they requested €180 then discounted it to €150. The pool and pool area are nice, but some pool tiles are missing. 2nd surprise was the poor breakfast. Only hard-boiled eggs, ham, cheese and bread were available apart from a nice variety of cakes.Aircon is centrally controlled by the receptionist, so each time you need to adjust, you need to call the staff. Internet was interrupting all the time.
Location was goodWe arrive late, and staff was not very helpful. We had to settle things the next morning
No information leaflets in the room
location to the port
creepy as hell when arriving in the dark don’t even think about breakfast - plastic cups for juice & paper for coffee. it’s an events location catering to large groups. Think Pontins but not as glamorous. No wifi broken shower door check out by 10 am & they keep your passport. Though the blaring euro pop by the pool was an interesting touch !
The breakfast was a disaster
There were some facilities that were not open...Like the pizzeria and pool bar
Room, pool, location and parking
Breakfast could be far better.Wi-fi doesn't exist anywhere, just at the reception.Cleaning of the window panes doesn't exist , the glasses of the doors and chandliers were really dirty. The surroundings were full of leaves and flowers. The place seems like abounded building.
Late checkout, breakfast, parking, friendly staff, air-conditioning
Swimming pool was out of order, hairdryier stopped working after a minute of use, there were patchies of damp on the wall, the rug next to the couch was never vacummed, sofa bed was uncomfortable, a cockroach appeared on the floor on our arrival, cleanness of the room was not up to standard.
lovely pool and room .
very uncomfortable sofa bed

Location was great . Rooms whete clean . Staff very friendly . The Spa was very good .
Good food/ firiendly staff/ nice pool./ clean.
No bar near the pool and you have to go in side to get a drink !
Parking area. It is safe to park your car.
That you have to pay to use the pool. Apartment is very old furniture and broken glass and toilet was of disabled people...I payed €98 just to sleep one night.
Quite area, parking space available and the staff where friendly and helpful . Thank you
The location was beautiful and suitable for us because we had to catch the ferry to Malta. The whole room was beautiful, very comfortable and stylish. The bed was brilliant and had a very good size.We could take our dogs into the room which was the biggest bonus point for us and 15€ per dog was reasonable.I would stay there again for sure. Ok
Nothing to complain.
It's a lovely hotel.
Shame most facilities were closed or not functional.
Passable
delusione. Staff scortese e poco collaborativo.
