Very nice hotel close too the station in Modica, this is a 4 star hotel, great value for the price modern type building , very friendly staff who speak perfect English. About a 15 min walk to the centre of town.If you are travelling by train a perfect place to stay.I will stay there next time for sure.

very kind lady at reception, she helped us a lot with her advices in discovering the nearby cities. Room was comfortable and clean. Private parking.

Breakfast was ok, but not a great selection. Although location is great from the aspect of being close to Modica center, the surrounding of the hotel is a bit underwhelming.

The hotel was nice and clean, the room was great too with sky TV, b'fast need to be more full

Very comfortable rooms and in less than 10 minutes walking you're in the center of the city. Also there's a safe private parking for your vehicle.

Staffs are very helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very good

The room had everything you needed, was a good size and well presented. The property was within a 10 minute walk to explore the surrounding old town. The off street parking was really convenient and ensured we avoided the ZTL. The staff was responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

No tissues in the room.

Good location with free parking, nice and helpful staff, good breakfast. Very clean room.

Ideal locationParkingVery clean Good breakfastNice staff - especially the breakfast barrista!

Very friendly staff at the front desk, comfortable accommodations. I didn't have a vehicle, but there looked to be plenty of parking for guests. Good options for breakfast, though it took me a bit to realize I had to request coffee from the person at the counter.

This is very convenient for the train station, but not terribly convenient to the parts of town you want to see. Expect some uphill walking to get to the places you want to see, on top of navigating a very up and down town.

location and hotel staff

rooms are really noise, you could even hear other people talking and walking

The room was very spacious breakfast had a variety of food . Also parking was available for my car and its just 10 minutes walk from the centre

Very clean, excellent service and friendly staff. Good location - short walk from centre and next to train station.

Limited breakfast but good enough. Could do with coffee/tea service inside rooms. Could have more light in bathroom.

Free private parking space, affordable price and very kind staff.

15 minutes walk to city center is needed instead of parking space.

very big room with big bed in the middle , close to city center

It was in a quiet area. We only stayed one night, arrived late so we didn't walk around the area. At breakfast they had a very fresh selection.

I wished we had more pillows as they were very low. We didn't ask reception so it was our loss.

Staff is responsive.

Rooms are not perfectly soundproof but my neighbours were silent during the night.

Breakfast was better than expected (local chocolate would be appreciated). Parking directly at the premises. Very safe location. Hotel itself looks modern.

It would be a perfect Hotel, but the furniture needs a small refreshment.

Stylish and comfortable rooms and communal areas. Excellent corner bedroom on the 3rd floor with windows on two sides.
