Lokation is good near the airport.

General maintenance was poor. Dirty carpeting in the hallways, damaged walls, smoke smell in the entrance.On weekends, it is only possible to choose from dishes written on a slip of paper in the restaurant. Some were also unavailable when ordering.

They really lean into the travel theme of the hotel which is charming. The room was efficient and clean. The breakfast was very good. We are also ever so thankful for the staff member who stayed late to check us in after our flight was delayed.

The bathroom was a little warn down. It has a unique style to it which made it feel like going to the bathroom in a camper van. We managed.

The location and staff were helpful and gave us a ground floor with our dogs

Very tired property needed painting and cleaning bed nice and clean but towels were old small and thin I wouldn’t use them for my dogs

Airport shuttle operates until 11:15pm. My flight landed at 11:30pm. No help to me what so ever. Very basic hotel.

Good place to stay for one night if you are flying from Marseille early. Excellent breakfast, airport shuttle, friendly staff. Supermarket and or restaurant at walking distance.

Rooms and decor a bit tired. Not a place to stay if you want to visit Marseille itself and you don't have a car, but fine for one night.

I lost my pen to write in my diary I Asked at reception if they could assist me. After a minute of waiting, she anawered that she'ld give me & I'ld bring it back to, after finish use it, that night.I wonderd how hotel could behaved inl such pitty way

This property was really clean and an excellent choice for an overnight for a late or early flight. Having a bar, Alfredo and pool were an added bonus.

It is a rundown property, it needs renovation, carpet is awful very old and dirty.

Snacks only available as no restaurant on a Saturday evening and not much locally for food.

The room was larger than expected and the bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and handy. The food for breakfast was very good. Dinner choices were a bit limited but the quality and service were very good.The shuttle service was on time and friendly.

An extra bath towel would have been welcome.

The reception area was fun and the breakfast was excellent. We had interconnecting bedrooms which was very helpful as a family of four.

The bedrooms are a bit dated.

The room was impeccably clean and spacious. We enjoyed a relaxing evening drink in the garden. The inclusive breakfast was good and there was even a machine for making freshly squeezed orange juice. The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport was a huge bonus.

The breakfast staff seemed overwhelmed by the sheer number of Japanese tourists at breakfast - tables were not cleared quickly enough and certain items ran out. Overflowing litter bins in the gardens had not been emptied overnight andthere were crisps all over one of the seating areas. The hotel is located in an industrial area. The website states that the restaurant is not open at weekends and there are no restaurants close by. The restaurant was actually open which was a pity we were not aware and had already eaten.

The hotel looked old felt dirty. The carpets in the hall are disgusting and same for the carpets in the room. The pillows (just one each) where cheap and uncomfortable, the bottom sheet was so small it could not be tucked in, the bathroom was dirty, no shower towels were left in the bathroom but behind the door was a towel and some clothes hanging there from the previous guest. The hallway to the rooms smelled like old fried food. This is the second and last time I will use Ibis hotel in the Marseille Airport area. They are very very old, badly maintained and in need if a renovation.

Wonderful staff, really friendly and helpful. Great location for airport and access to main road. Supermarket and bakery walking distance. Very clean.
