Great location, friendly staff

No light in the parking at night

I stayed at voco Brussels City North in Vilvoorde for one night (July 24–25), and everything was simply excellent ? From the smooth check-in process to the parking arrangements, everything was very well organized.The room was fantastic – spacious, modern, and with a super comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the great coffee ☕.Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices, fresh products, and a relaxed atmosphere to start the day ?Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Honestly, I cannot think of anything negative to mention.Usually there are at least some small details when staying at hotels, but here everything was taken care of perfectly.From the parking, to the room, to the breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations ?

Standard breakfast, very small room and very small shower, hard to enter for adult

Kenneth the bar tender was brilliant and so was Mr kishok on reception.

The beds and bed linen are incredible

Good breakfast, easy access to motorways and private parking at the back of the hotel. The table soccer was a nice bonus! Anika was fun too :-)

How clean the property was. How convenient entry and exit procedures were for paid parking. We love these hotels pillows! Really comfortable! We would definitely come back.

The safe was reset for new password. It didn’t work for us unfortunately.

Shower temperature wasn't hot enough

Breakfast was good and the room was clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and the towels were big and good quality. Staff was friendly.

I had thought (from something I read and must have misunderstood) that there was a shuttle to the airport but there was not. It is only about 5 miles away but the Uber ride took almost 30 minutes and cost close to 40 dollars. Also there were not restaurants nearby (the trip to the center of Brussels was very long and would have been a very expensive taxi/uber). The hotel restaurant was advertised online and in the description of the front desk clerk as having many. more options than the few it actually had. Also the hotel is strangely focused on the owner's other interests (the TV in the room has a channel for ads for his Mercedes dealership, and there are multiple rooms on the ground floor given to exhibits for a tech venture).

Just that it was far from the city centre so needed taxis but that was down to me and my booking really. It’s a really nice hotel

Room was very nice and also very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly, No noise even though close to the Brussels Ring. Diner menu was ok, atmosphere in the bar/restaurant was very good.

Surprise having to pay for the parking even though it is a private parking and outside Brussels.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the guy at the reception chased after me just to provide details of which train to catch to get to the city centre and which stop to get off on. Super helpful. The room was also clean and comfortable, with beautiful views.

The location of the hotel suited us as being between the airport and the city with good access to both. The design of the hotel and bedroom was modern and a welcome change to other hotels in this price bracket.With a bank of car chargers on site, bringing an electric car would enable you to charge overnight. Staff were friendly and attentive

Unfortunately the hotel appeared empty at the time of our visit and the main restaurant wasn’t open so the food was limited to bar food (which was still nice)

The room & bed was very comfortable and the staff (especially Pedro) was super friendly!

We had breakfast quite late and they had run out of a few items.

The staff were super helpful and friendly from Reception to bar and restaurant. We were just passing through to get to Calais so it was just a quick overnight stop but impressed having just come from a 5* hotel. The staff at Voco were more friendly, the hotel was really clean and the food was great. We had an evening meal and it was really good value and excellent quality. The drinks menu was extensive and included cocktails and the staff in the restaurant were great. Really helpful, courteous and friendly.The room had everything you needed and there was a sign in the bathroom advising guests to contact reception if you'd forgotten anything like a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc., and they would be happy to provide. The breakfast in the morning was also excellent with lots of choices and a great coffee machine. Thoroughly recommend.
