All very good, the staff, the room,the bar and the location.

Comfortable bed & double window.Peaceful stay. Lady at the reception very friendly.

The bathroom needs tlc (shower & toilet), cleaned properly & unblock sinks and shower & the sheets don't fit the bed.Toilet flash sticks inside. Windows needs to be deeply cleaning.

Staff were super helpful and very friendly. Luggage storage was available. Great view from terrace on roof. Bus stop was just a couple of blocks away. Not far from the beach, but downhill with a lot of steps so choose appropriate footwear. The room was clean and spacious.

Nice big room. Location on the Main Street, short to the beach but also to mice restaurant two street behind the hotel in Carrer Colón called Colón 52.

This hotel is an absolute gem! Friendly staff, cosy rooms, close to the beach and the colourful houses of Villajoyosa. What's more, the rooftop pool with a sea view does take one's breath away. A wonderful place to relax and... return!

Safe did not work and staff did not know how to fix it just walked away !Very noisy road at front but ok after 10 pm till 7 amTV just turned it’s self on in middle of night Wall must be made of cardboard lots of noise from next room . Sounds like they were dismantling the furniture !

Friendly and welcoming staff at both the reception and especially breakfast. Conveniently located close to the beach and metro station, right in the heart of the city. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The rooftop pool is a great bonus!

The AC initially wasn’t working, but they fixed it after some time. There was a buzzing noise from the electrical box in the room. The hotel is situated on a busy, noisy street.

Comfortable beds, great location for exploring beach and town, short walk to tram station for Alicante to Denia line. Helpful staff. Surprisingly good soundproofing against the road outside.

The staff were courteous and helpful. The room is big and comfortable.

The floor seems clean but when im barefoot I find it sandy. One door panel is missing in the shower. The bar-restaurant is ok but It seems lack of work organization.

Almost impossible to park even for the check in. All the rest was very good

Some temporary with time limit parking should be provided.

Loved the location and near to the town and the beach.

Unfortunately no parking facilities for cars.

Bedroom was fine with toilet area.

There was a pool area upstairs and we were told that it closed at 11.00pm on day one. That was fine.On day two it was closed at just after eight and we were told by reception that it closed at 20.00hrs and the details were on the door. Do youn reallyn check the details on a door if you are told something?

Rooftop terrace was really nice with an amazing view. 5min walk to the beach as well as to store, so a good location. The service was good and the rooms clean.

Breakfast wasn't up to expectation. Was expecting a bigger room, the photos give a wrong impression.

Great location in the heart of the city. Comfortable clean room.

The rooms are nice, clean and the bed is super comfy! There is a lovely roof top with a small pool and tanning beds. There is a small bar upstairs, but unfortunately it was not open.

Breakfast is cheap, but quite basic.

Excellent location, short walk to the beach and close to plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel itself had a relaxed coffee/bar by reception, ideal for a nightcap or morning coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very quiet, making for a relaxing stay.

Unfortunately I was unable to use the safe in the room as it was locked on my arrival and could only be opened by a manager who was not on site. Left me feeling a little vulnerable especially as a solo traveller. The rooftop pool was a lot smaller than I expected. It's effectively a plunge pool, great to cool off when it is hot, but just be aware that it isn't all that big.

The staff was very kind and tried to be helpfull. Eventhough they couldn't handle everything that went wrong, they did their best with what they could.

After checking and going to the room it ended up not being cleaned. The receptionist immediately changed the room. Unfortunately I found out the next morning that there was one shower door missing so you couldn't even close the shower and the bathroom would get wet. The cleaning in the bathroom and especially shower could be a lot better as well. With black mold on the showerhead. The second night there was no warm water, so I had to take a cold shower. Apparently this was the case with the other rooms as well, cause when going down to report the problem other guests were there as well. Every once in a while there were loud noises coming from the sewage system from the toilet.Besides changing the room the first night after it being dirty the staff couldn't help with any of the other problems. They were kind and understanding, but not able to do anything about it, besides from a complementary drink no compensations were made. I guess the owner should handle things better.
