Pros +
- Incredible view, free wifi and parking, free minibar, free breakfast, nice beaches exlcusive to the hotel guests, nice service for most part.
- Everything was amazing! Vicent and Martin were betting nice accommodating us to our comfort. The views form the superior room were amazing and the landscaping was breathtaking. Also the restaurant Alhambra was very good with Paola and Fran as our servers were very kind.
- The architecture is truly stunning, and the peaceful location adds a sense of calm that makes staying here genuinely revitalizing. Our room was spacious and just 5 meters from the smaller pool—which, to our surprise, no one else used during our stay. It felt like our own private retreat—absolutely fantastic.Breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. However, we found dinner to be overpriced for the quality and selection provided. For context, we had dined at several Michelin recommended restaurants just weeks earlier that offered a significantly better culinary experience at a lower price point. As for the beaches, they’re mostly rocky rather than sandy—which wasn’t our preference. That said, there are several beautiful sandy beaches just a short drive away. And if you enjoy rocky beaches, you’ll find both clothing-optional and traditional options to choose from.
Cons -
- I didn’t like the accesses to the beach. And the nudist beach right r outof our balcony.
- The beach is rocky, and the dinner didn’t quite meet expectations. Our room did include a coffee machine, which was a nice touch, but surprisingly, housekeeping wasn’t allowed to restock the coffee pads. We had to go to reception ourselves, which felt a bit inconvenient given the price point. Honestly, we would have happily paid a bit more for a more seamless, worry-free experience.
- Restaurant area a bit dated.

Gardens are beautifully kept. Lots of lovely cosy corners outside to relax. Fabulous views.
Restaurant area a bit dated.
The location is spectacular, the room was great with all round good service and the food was fantastic.
To say its a 5 star hotel the spa is far from the better ones we have been in even though the lady in there that gave a good massage made up for it.The worst let down was the way one of the staff in the restaurant (a short hair older female)spoke to another younger member off staff (a young boy) shouting at him infront off customers and rest of the staff multiple times on different occasions, I feel no one needs shaming like this especially a polite young individual eager to learn a trade.
The beach and the view are great
Breakfast is good but room service food from the restaurant is very mediocre
Spotlessly clean, staff amazing, food delicious, rooms and beds comfortable, toiletries readily available, tea / coffee available in bedroom, facility very secure, pool area beautiful,Cocktails fabulous
The many steps down to the beach.
Nice garden
Definitely not a 5 stars. The hotel is out dated. The service was less then a 3 stars. Swimming pool too small. The food was tasteless
Clean staff were good helpful
At Times were difficult to find areas.
Everything was great! We were very happy with the hotel and its facilities. Food and service in the restaurant - high quality
Wellness area has room for improvement
Location, view, and room quality are absolutely outstanding. This hotel is definitely the way to do holidays in the Costa Blanca, away from all the busy tourist centers.
The food could have been a bit better. For the price and rating of the hotel, the food of the "Bar" area was a bit lackluster.
Views, facilities, breakfast
The location is pure paradise. The view from the room (Romantic room) was incredible. Beautiful room terrace with sun lounges. The room was spotless clean, great shower and bed very confortable and large. The bar and pool facilites were great and the staff at reception were all amazing (from ordering us taxis to provide for a late checkout).
Fantastic view.and loved the big balcony.room decor unusual.. no need for all the netting around bed..Gave the room a cheap feeling.Breakfast excellent Lunch very good.
Dining experience for dinner disappointing.
The property itself is stunning. It’s immaculate and the views are amazing. Most of the staff were excellent and we had a great meal at main restaurant.
When we checked in the facilities were not explained to us. The property is situated on a cliff so you have to walk up and down winding pathways. When we were at the pool we couldn’t get drinks because we couldn’t figure out initially how to walk back up to the bar. Then we were told there was a phone to use, which would have been helpful to know about initially. However then it transpired the phone didn’t work anyway. Someone had obviously been in the room to turn our bedside lights on but the bed hadn’t been turned down or the water replenished so we had to go back to reception to get more water. These small irritating things all could easily been avoided.
Beautiful surroundings; convenient access to the beaches; lovely pools; accommodating staff; delicious food.
Nothing really. Maybe better toiletries in the bathroom?
The location and the views
The restaurant was very bad! The fact that you had to open everything with the card which did not work! And in general was not a very good experience!
Location, facilities, staff, food. Nearly all was good.
Children in pool area, really noisy, due to a wedding next day. Was not relaxing at all this time. We ended up in our room or beach more than around pool area. Which was a shame.
Absolutely loved our stay, the staff are helpful and kind, it was a delight to be there & we will return for sure!Food at lunch and breakfast was super and my massage was wonderful I still feel de-stressed and chilled out!The bedroom was lovely and the mattress was divine, you did a great job and I felt like a VIP, thank you all of you I can’t wait to come back x
Nothing! We loved the whole experience thank you
A perfect location for those who prefer to be in a relatively quiet place, rather then in crowded and lively Benidorm or Alicante. Great and helpful staf, excellent food in the restaurant. Very pleasant seaview bar on the terrace.
In the last week of September, with the air temparatures of 30 C and water around 25 C, there were already no services on the beach (ubmrellas, deck chairs, bar, SUP rentals, etc.)
