The spa was excellent few things didn¿t work but had a great two hours

The beds was very clean but very hard and intact uncomfortable and pillows was very long and flat no substance to them

I like everything, very nice hotel

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice prices.

Information regarding the spa should include that a mandatory bathing cap is 5 € of you don’t bring your own.The spa could use an uppdate, some showers gave very little water and the Finnish sauna had no water bucket.

The hotel felt like a 5* Very elegant but a bit impersonal. But we didn’t think the restaurant was anywhere 5*. But okay for what we paid for half board. But we would always stay there again.

Wonderful rooms and outstanding breakfast. Staff was attentive and very informative for things to see around the area

We had internet problem but it solved after maintenance guy came to us . Very old tv without any internet connection seriously made me shocked for 5 star hotel I didn’t expect this. No towel for outside pool Too many flies around outside pool Staff hardly and barely speaking english

Could be a nice Hotel if Managed better? Outdoor pool not only not in use but empty and being maintained? No mention of it being empty in the Booking information, so had i booked a room with pool view I would have been more disappointed than I already was with the Hotels maintenance, (Very poor, Light bulbs either missing from lights or not working). When reported to front desk that lamps in room missing, still not replaced? Evening meal in Hotel restaurant cold, no pepper sauce with steak? Breakfast Buffet Good. Lack of parking spaces even in low season? Over rated, over priced?

It was quiet and with a big bathroom with both shower and bath possibilities

The beds are old and not really comfortable.The breakfast offers a low variety of bread for German standard but you can get a nice omelette or a crepe.

Excellent hotel with great facilities. Underground garage for parking and lovely spacious rooms. Whole hotel was very grand in appearance.

Set menu was limited, selected a pizza main course but was very tasteless and tough, poor choice on my part.

You have to pay for the spa even if you are staying in the hotel, also the rooms are a little bit old

Beautiful traditional hotel.25 minutes from airport.Well appointed rooms.Lovely indoor pool.Nice restaurant.

Outdoor pool area closed end of Sept even though it was very warm and sunny! But the indoor pool was a bonus!

The size of the room was good, that is the only plus point

The Hotel was run down, and needed maintenance. Paint was coming off the walls and tiles needed replacing. The bathrooms were old, and not everything worked properly which is unacceptable in a 5 star hotel

Great hotel for the price, superb service , food was outstanding and plenty, have the buffet highly recommend, staff were amazing.

The facilities, food, staff

The beds were very hard. No rubbish bins were emptied during our stay. We completed a form for coffee in our room. The form was never collected.

Upon arrival, the first impression was Wow! Lovely building with a large and impressive reception area.

We were told that the outside pool was closed as it was out of season. However each day that we were there, people were using the pool. The bar was busy but only 2 staff were serving so there was a long wait to get drinks.There was a great selection of food for breakfast but each morning, the so-called hot selection was cold!
