Hotel Novi Sad

Good location, free parking, good breakfast, nice room. Very good value for money. There is a bar and a restaurant with decent prices.

My room was next to the busy street, and the insulation is not the best so You can hear a lot from the street.

Hotel location - is really good. Nothing else rather than that.

Breakfast was not that good. No variety and especially what surprised me - it's really bad coffee and juices (which are more like colored water with lemon). Room was not clean, there was a big dead bug under the battery - and after 4 nights in the room - it was still there (and was not removed after cleaning). As well there was a big chunk of some dark hair on the carpet near the bed - and same story here - was not removed after cleaning in the room). I arrived to the hotel at night and there was no people at reception speaking English well (what was the case day later and after - same). Water flow in the washstand was really small - not enough to clean the teeth even. In the morning I went to the shower - it was the proper water flow there, but there was other issue. Water stock was not working fine. So the water was coming in and not coming out and leaked outside of the shower cabin. "Fresh" towels smelled with cigarets.... I din't like experience in this hotel at all.

Great location, clean, nice balcony and great personel, especially receptionists (a very friendly, fun receptionist - don't know his name, but he was bold in his best years ? and a nice blond lady), parking right next to the hotel, nice breakfast.

We had some problems with shower cabin and water all over bathroom and we missed some vegetables at breakfast, but all in all really nice. We will be back.

I didn’t like anything. Rooms are old and half stuff is not working. Bathroom is catastrophic. Like max 2 star hotel. Etc

The hotel is old, but newly adapted with completely new furniture and toilet. Bed is very comfortable. Although located near the main bus station, it is very quiet in the room.The breakfast was very good (typical food for Serbian hotels and restaurants). Probably the best feature of the hotel is parking, which is very comfortable, free and secured.

Some features of the hotel are still old, such as the elevator. However, it did not cause any problems.In addition, it seems that all hotels in Novi Sad are overpriced.

Very comfortable and spacious studio with large balcony. Kind and helpful staff.

Hotel needs refurbishment. Breakfast and the restaurant facilities should be improved.

That was above our expectations and fresh and with a good choice of healthy dishes.

We were in need of an in-room electric kettle or some hot drinking water. That will be a good option or at least a common-use water dispenser for drinking hot/cold water. A good example is Singaporean hotels.

Decent but does not justify the 4* rating. Not much choice fpr breakfast, furniture clean but worn out, mold in the shower cabin....but it's comfortable and spatious, the room had a big balcony.

The hotel is really well placed and connected to every part of city, and next to bus station. Its very clean and staffs are extremely friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Novi Sad.

Location is excelent. The staff is nice. Breakfast was ok.

The room was clean except for a few hairs on the pillow and in the shower.

The comfort, breakfast, free safe parking, stuff…almost everything.

The bed is a little small, the inventory is a little bit old but not damaged, the hotel is not at the city center.

Everything is old. The building itself requires renewal. The furniture in the rooms is shabby and the "king-size" bed is just two adjacent beds.

Breakfast, location,staff amazing service allowing me an early check in, and excellent throughout,especially the cutie in the morning shift front desk.

The bed not so comfortable for me.The hot water not being so hot(but sufficient), maybe all were taking a bath at the same time. I forgot to mention it to the front fesk,so it's not their fault.

Location is very convenient. Especially if you go by train since it is just opossite of train station. Employees are very professional and helpful. That's something that adds most of the value for this place.

Room was not very clean. I found dust all over the floor together with the bug. Carpets are ready to be washed. Make up stains on hairdryer. Toilet, I must say, was clean. Also, windows are not soundproofed, so if you get a room overlooking the bus station it will be chalenging for you to fall asleep.

I was just not aware that in Serbia you can smoke anywhere. I am OK with that, but allowing people to smoke in the rooms and in the restaurant while having breakfast, I just think it is too much. The smell was just horrible, I could not sleep.
