Delicious breakfast, clean room, friendly staff, and easy location to find.

The toilet seat didn't fit well on the toilet and the "door" to the balcony was actually just a window that tilted open, but no access to the balcony. That could have been made clearer in the listing. Overall it was a lovely hotel!

Friendly staff, very forthcoming. Traveled with bikes, they had storage for them.

The breakfast has quite a lot of savoury and sweet options, and it was very good and on time. The staff was consistently helpful and friendly! And the rooms were very clean, and despite their more old fashioned style, they were still comfortable.

The hotel has quite an old fashioned style, which can add to its charm. However, the lighting in the hallways is sometimes a bit poor, and you can easily trip in some areas. The door to the building was also closed when me and my colleague arrived, and if it wasn't for someone telling us to try the bar at the back, we wouldn't know how to get in and check-in.

Room wasn't clean, strange hear leftovers and smudges on the tiles in the bathroom. Awfully drity carpet.

Breakfast had a rather limited choice, food not so tasty.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not bad, but coffe was so-so. A restaurant in the hotel is closed in the evening, but in the same building there is a bar where you can spend time in the evenings. An evening barman was also very friendly. Kitchens in all restaurants in Velenje are closed at 20:00 or 20:30.

The rooms (single and double) are small. All walls are hung with paintings and mirrors in heavy golden frames. It seems like "A night in a museum", but for sure it's a metter of taste.

Firstly, the place is really good - lake is like 5 min on motorbike, castle is 10 min by foot. Secondly, the staff - I have nothing to say here - they are professionals, they speak english very well, the woman receptionist (the day i arrived around 15:00 if you`d like to pay her bonuses :D) helped me with a route to the lake and to the castle. Thank you one more time. The breakfast is ok and it`s from 7 which is great.

The apartment is smaller than it looks in a photo (probably depends which one you get). That would be ok if you are NOT a motorbike adventurer. Are you? All your bags and equipment are on the ground and you can`t move. But i belive it`s not a problem for someone who doesn`t have a full motorbike gear. Still I would come back again, it`s a nice hotel with more pluses = 8/10.

Very friendly staff, pretty large room with nice balcony and great location. Accomodation included breakfast which was very diverse and there was everything we wished for and more. Highly recommend.

Nice staff, good communication before arrival, nice stay, enough parking, good sized room, excellent soundproof. Rich breakfast, even served before the settled time to please a lot of guests leaving early. Dogs accepted, extra fee charged.

Staff is very polite and helpful, hotel has a parking space and it is centrally located. It looks romantic and has its charm.

Rooms are small, and the bed is uncomfortable. Breakfast is terrible. To expensive for the level of comfort.

Everything, and breakfast was delicious, even with smoked prosuto.Stuff was extremly kind, and suportive guide for our investigatiin of the town, and a nice castle.. The waiter waited us with open cafeteria until 1:15 am, until the end of the concert. There was a festival of Pipi Longsock in the town.
