Nice views

First room had a water leak and flooded bathroom so we were moved. Second room had a noise that sounded like a waterfall running 24/7The rooms are all very dated now

Cozy hotel that offered all that we needed. Relaxation, restaurants that suited us and a comfortable bed.

There was bad smell coming from the sinks and shower which was all over the room. Probably due to the fact that there seems to be time for some renovations. I would guess that a few years back this was a top notch hotel but has been let go a bit. But still very nice ?

The AC is not working at all. The ceiling fan wasn't working well either. Small and not working TV with a dusty non-functional remote. This hotel needs major renovations internally.

Location, excellent sized rooms and everything you would need . Lots of choice at breakfast .

Looking very tired in places shower was a little moldy . Good to see renovations being done .

It was clean, had excellent facilities and the staff were very attentive and professional

This hotel is absolutely great ! The staff are excellent and super helpful and professional. There is underground parking, the room was spacious and overlooking the pool and golf course and the view of the pool was lovely!

Would of like fresh bottled water in the room each day

We took our dog and they were very considerate in providing a bed and two bowls for him. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.Javier at the front desk was excellent....really engaging and understood customer service.

They do not turn on the air conditioning until May...it is heat only until that point so the room was uncomfortably warm at night. The WIFI was a problem with a malfunctioning connection in our room and took 24hrs of constant complaining for it to be fixed

Nice people, good food, good service

Attractive (Moorish) design, spacious bedroom and bathroom with balcony overlooking the beautiful pool. Lovely clubhouse restaurant/bar next to the pool. Good indoor pool and spa facilities. Useful WhatsApp concierge facility.

Unfortunate problem with the hot water in our room (either none or scalding!) - but the plumber attended quickly (on the second asking). Sadly there was maintenance work near our room so the drilling and banging started early - but that won’t be a long-term thing (presumably!).

5 nights with breakfast. Hotel is nice and quiet with great views from the room.

Parts of the hotel are a bit tired and could do with a refurb/update. Check-in was really slow - took 30 mins once we arrived! Building work was noisy. Not much at the spa and it should be free for hotel guests.

Lovely sized room with a balcony overlooking the golf course. Toiletries, a hairdryer, a minifridge and kettle in the room.All the staff were very nice.We ate in the Irish bar and the pizzas were delicious. I had a fabulous back and neck massage for only 45 euros ?

The room was huge and the balcony had amazing views of the golf course and pool.

Some amenities were dated but fit the hotel style

The hotel was lovely, clean with a beautiful pool and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a room overlooking the pool and the golf course with a great sunny balcony. The mini fridge worked really well also there was a bottle opener which was very handy.

Nothing, really couldn’t fault it.

breakfast was excellent as was the room .

I had a problem contacting staff for the pool on both days of my stay and others seemed to be similarly troubled.
