Fluffy towels and nice atmosphere music during breakfast

Everything else. They did not honor the free breakfast and free parking. Nor the rate was the one I booked

The hotel room was amazing and very comfortable. We were permitted early checking which was appreciated, we also were allowed to park the motorbike at the front door.

The spa let the hotel down, it appeared dirty, cold and lacked attention. There was paint flaking off the steam room and it had a damp like smell to it had not been cleaned. The sauna also was very poor.For this quality hotel it let it down, the lake outside also required cleaning lots of debris in water. Understood they had storms but this level of hotel you would expect the groundsmen to be all over it.

Lovely location! The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean.

It would have been good to have a coffee machine rather than coffee powder.

Acceptable, but quite basic for a so called 5 star hotel the whole place seemed tired , there seemed to be a shortage of staff ,

The sun loungers were passed their sell by date , and there were no mattresses , hence a hard lie .

Lovely location and comfy beds an pillows , restaurants to walk too

Great location right beside the square with bars and restaurants, 2 min walk to small supermarket.Bed very comfortable, great shower, staff very friendly.

Air con didn’t work, room was very warm and uncomfortable one of the nights, had to keep door open, kettle in the room but no tea, coffee or cups? Teabags and sugar available at reception if you want to take to your room when passing. No hand soap, minor things really but worth mentioning.

Evening meal

Reception not particularly helpful. Gave us misleading information. 5 star hotel with no dressing gowns or tea & Coffee in the room.

We definitely had a problem with the room, but the receptionist Jose Manuel kindly helped us and we were satisfied.

Always consistent BzuT José Michel on reception went over above and beyond to help with my room choice. Nothing was too much trouble. They are so lucky to have him

Finding the Spa and it was closed Monday Tuesday and Sunday afternoon but think it’s seasonal

Quality room after refusing first offer.

Breakfast twice as dear as restaurants outside hotel car parking daily rate 22e robbery parked on street free.

Lovely Hotel in lovely area .No kettle in room - but once we requested one it was delivered , no cups, spoons or tea/coffee though, so we had to source that ourselves.

Spacious rooms, location and 1 member of staff on reception was nice, can’t remember his name but he was male.

Our friends who came swimming for their locker broken in to and their shorts taken which had hire car keys and €800 this was done by someone who worked at the hotel as the locker had not been tampered with.. believe security witnessed the money as they watched our friends take the money from their pocket and pay at reception. No one wanted to assist or help and refused to accept liability for it…The rooms were boiling hot at night time, slept with the doors wide open.. travelled with a family with young children and weren’t given interconnecting rooms, children were petrified to sleep alone when husband went to work after our friends got robbed so a friend flew out and took the children to a separate apartment.. The pool area was dirty and not cleaned..

Room cleanliness and while staying there items got stolen from the locker of the pool changing room of a friend who paid to use the facilities

The breakfast was very poor and the staff allowed young children to scream and wipe their cakes and food on the back of the sofas, not acceptable, the staff should not have allowed this and should have been more vigilant

Outdoor pool not open year round.

Very good for an out of season stay. Golf facilities looked good and the few bars and restaurants that were open close by offered choice. Other than that needed a car or taxi to get anywhere. Sunshine was an added bonus.

We were in room 202 and in morning at 7 am music could be heard coming from reception area was very annoying getting woke up at that time. On my last day it was 6.15am needs to be addressed

Spacious room with balcony, excellent buffet breakfast. Good location in the centre of the resort with short walk to golf and other resturants. Good resturant in hotel for evening meal.

If you use Hotel parking it is expensive but you can park in the road for free.
