Pros +

Hotel is very cozy and good. The owner is very sweet woman and the manager is very kind man. Rooms are very nice, warm and comfortable. You can even charge your car in the hotel. It really worth to check in here
The entire staff was very helpful. The night manager Elgin was a big help when I needed to make a phone call to a Georgian speaker. The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from bus station.

Cons -

Ask for a room in back. There is a lot of traffic noise from the street in front
