Pros +

• Everything is just amazing. I really don't know why their reviews are average. Just go ahead and book it. Amazing stay and very close to liberty square.

• Location is excellent. We have been here before, this is why we booked this hotel.

• I d highly NOT recommend the property. First of all, this is obviously NOT 4* hotel. Dirty rooms , dirty corridors. Carpets are all in spots and not cleaned. Towels with holes. When we have checked in , the floor in the room was in bread crumbs etc so had to ask to clean it again . In some rooms u will find kettles , in others u wont and have to ask to bring although they are supposed to be in the room initially. No tea / coffee so have to ask every time. Biggest disappointment is food (breakfast). It is a real puzzle how the hotel is 4 * if for breakfast there are 2 hot dishes ( well, supposed to be hot but from the beginning all was simply cold ) - either rice + some kind of vegetable mix OR buckwheat + sausages . Once it was omelette instead of sausages . Greenery , eggs and cheese . Bread . Thats it .
• We were given an absolutely dirty room. You can easily see the floor of the room in the attached pictures. But the most disappointing thing is that when we asked to give us another proper room, they refused to do that and said no other rooms were available. When we asked for a refund, they refused. After this we complained to booking com customers support and surprisingly after that the hotel found another room and moved us Unfortunately the new room had twin beds, despite the fact that we are a family and had asked for a double bed. There was nobody to help us to move our luggage to the new room which was on another floor. We even called our friends who were living in another hotel to come and help us with the luggage and to move the baby crib to the new room. There was no coffee or teapot in the rooms despite the description in the website. There was only one person working at night in a big hotel and sometimes even she was unreachable when we wanted to ask something. We found a paper saying "15 minutes break" at reception desk but the receptionist didn't show up for almost an hour. This was an absolutely unacceptable service and of course, we are never coming back. A couple of years ago this used to be a decent hotel. We are disappointed. All photos are attached.
